The funds were needed . If they had not agreed the deal , what would the price have been 5p a share knowing AIM . So they agree to buy more than they actualy want in their portfolio and flip the other half ( say ) . In which case most of the drilling hype and increases would be lost just getting back to previous SP . OR maybe they thought they could flip them at 15p each ( above announcement day price ) . The only FACT is you can buy below the professionals price at the moment !!! That is good enough for me .

$17 million was needed for the huge drilling campaign throughout the remainder of 2018 ... this happening will increase the chances of a farm in for the 2019 drilling campaign . The placing was only open to institutional investors and the BOD . They have paid 10p which was not AIMs usual 60-70% reduction . The big investors knew the importance of this funding to progress on wards and upwards so took it on the chin making a short term loss to facilitate the funding at a reasonable discount . Either way I am in below the big boys buy in price ! .

Possable scenario 07:30 RNS one morning International Major agrees farm in for $250 Million and free carry on first two drills . Do you think the day traders would get back in without paying a 300% premium to their previous sell . That is why I am holding firm . Agreement very close in my humble oppinion .

Bought a few more @ 8.785p based on over subscribed placing at 10p to loyal supporters who are selling some at a loss to assist the drilling campaign and 2019 farm in for next drilling campaign . The big sells are probably placing shares being flipped at a loss ..... big investors bought at 10p and flipping “SOME“ at a loss because they see the up side from a short term loss and might of been part of the deal to accelerate their holdings at a set price 10p . Just a theory .

Just bought £1100 worth . Below book fill placing price . Over subscribed by private entity’s at 10p . Mr P doesn’t help the cause being negative on over BBs trying to bring people across . Just gets people’s backs up . But below over subscribed placing price with back to back drills , I can ignore him and his games ! .

Mckenzie say deep water costs have been dropping since 2014 and just keep dropping , shall seems to have bottomed but deep water costs are still going down . They were $61 a barrel to break even at one point but not any more .

You have been subtly de ramping here for months please give your quoted reference to oil recovery price . First one I opened was as I said $40 a barrel deep water .

Wood mckenzie say $40 a barrel for deep water . So a nice profit to be had at present oil prices . Oil price set to keep on climbing as well .

$40 Dollars a barrel have been posted on other BBs over the years . This has been the recognised figure for years maybe cheaper now technology has moved on ? .

CEO Simon Potter has signed up to 10% wages and the other 90% upon completion of FARM IN . Using the old rule of thumb ....oil over $40 a barrel to make the average field commercially viable . As oil is over $40 a barrel with improved methods on top ...think we can say a couple of dollars a barrel at $40 then add on any thing over that from current price and projected price . So $20 Billion profits for Guyana is a reasonable idea .
