The RNS says it was always a minimum of $750,000 even if they sealed the deal early .

No rejection option for BPC in my opinion . That is why there is a deadline clause . But if BPC said we’re not interested in the offers being made surely the major would not throw away another $750,000

That would suit me . If we go into another month that will be a million dollars just to talk . That is a huge out lay from any company . It they are willing to splash out a million to talk and look more are we talking hundreds of millions ? Plus I can carry on topping up

A licence holder just like most others . Can any one name another AIM company that received or is receiving money to negotiate . Not court order money or deal money purely money for exclusivity . I have seen exclusive periods else where but not paid like ours ! GLA . SOU is ten times our M Cap some are talking of deal talks but no money there .

With your wealth of experience name another AIM oil company that received cash to negotiate a farm in or farm out or take over . Cash to talk ! . Not cash from a court order but purely cash for sole negotiations cash as a show of commitment . I don’t know any . We are in a strong unique position for a AIM penny share ! . Yet de rampers say people are ramping saying this is huge potential rewards .

Agreed Bigoiler ... when you are talking POTENTIALLY hundreds of Billions of pounds then a deal would take a long time . Quick calculation 10 Billion barrels at $40 a barrel extracted $400 Billion . But all figures are pure guess work based on article saying oil has to be over $40 a barrel to be commercial !

Just got a small top up . Got my pension ( early retirement ) plus two hobby jobs so 3 lots of wages due so the SP can go either way for me as I will be topping up again soon . But I do detest dishonesty especially organised . So that is my incentive to post on a share I am invested in . Easyer to understand than 24/7 de ramping ?

So what your actually saying is ... we are the only company on AIM worth negotiating with .As We are the only company receiving $750,000 soon to be a million dollars just to negotiate . With this being nothing to a major they must have no intrest what so ever in UKOGs hand full of spread out Barrels or SOUs small quantity or any AIM oil company ! . All your post did was value all other AIM oils at zero otherwise a major would pay them to talk .

If $750,000 just to talk is nothing to a oil major WHY are we the only oil explorer on AIM getting paid to negotiate ? . Why are UKOG not getting paid to talk to any one Why are SOU with a £430 million m Cap not getting millions to talk ? . Because the majors have to justify out goings like any business .

Why so much de ramping all over AIM ? . Creating movement in shares creating income for the market . Long term investors are not what the market wants that creates least income . So paid de rampers create movement and income . Hence your sellers from the market abuse . Why else are the de rampers on all the BBS 24/7 7 days a week ?

If nothing happens for another month , that will be a significant mile stone as the major will have committed a million dollars to us by then . A million dollars just to negotiate ! I would see that as a top up oppertunity . But I would not de ramp it to help my top up as that is fraud .

Think the drop is as a result of paid de rampers creating share movement for the MMs . I will top up and wait for the out come of negotiations . The major has paid $750,000 for talks now . So I see a deal coming soon . Where the market sends its army of paid de rampers in usually gets a decent rise afterwards .

When there are more de rampers on a BB than investors . Who is paying them to work 24/7 7 days a week ?

The oil refinery will be being built for all the oil to come from the area . Expected to be the worlds next hot spot

1) We have been paid Half a million dollars to talk , more to come . 2) Oil Refinary planned by a third party . 3) Billions of Barrels of oil , fully risked figure 28 BILLION . 4) Government have changed position and want oil business now . 5) Oil major has invested over 3 months time and effort into trying to secure a deal with us . 6) Paid derampers trying to shake holders and free up shares .

Hi Stu . I dabble with UKOG the thing is they are looking at 10 million barrels here and there . BPC are looking st tens of Billions not millions . So if this is not going berserk with Billions and a major paying $250,000 a month to talk and a deal any time then UKOG really is a P+D being played by the MMs
