Simple answer.....they don’t.
After many emails to the company I have still not received any replies.
One of the questions I have repeatedly asked them is are Riverfort still supporting us with finance and are we still drawing down ?
I assume that in fact they are, as by now without them cash flow would have run out and the company would become insolvent. So if they are still putting money in here there’s will be a reason to do so.
I can’t see much happening this side of Christmas as everything slows down in December so we will have about 16 weeks in the new year to survive.....hears hoping.
It’s nearly Christmas....hope that helps.
As long as Riverfort will Continue too support us I think we will find a suitable RTO, between the BOD and Forum we have a wealth of experience and contacts in the industry. Don’t write it off yet.
I have again this morning emailed the company and no doubt will not get a reply but it does I hope remind them that there are still private investors here.
It was about this time last year that everything went tits up here and it was not a pleasant time for anyone and many of us could not sell up and had a dreadful Christmas.
We are now in a different position, the two main culprits have gone and seem to be doing nothing with the new company they set up. We sold our liabilities off and do not have to negotiate a new drilling licence in a country that seems impossible to do business with, and our court cases have been taken over.
Our chairwoman is very well known within the industry and Forum do have a lot of influence, I still believe one day within the next five months we will get an RNS with news of an RTO and we can hopefully start again.
SO do i joe (:-))
Over the last few weeks I have sent a number of emails requesting an update report but alas no reply.
The last email I sent I asked if anyone was in the office and were emails being read..........alas no reply.
What happened to the regular up dates we were promised in a previous RNS ?
Hope everyone is keeping safe.
Miton and forum are shareholders the same as us, AAOG would as a company do a RTO. No one wants this to crash and burn so there is still hope .
Truthfactory.
You say “the oil is there “ DS never commissioned a CPR so we only had his word on the subject and we all know what his word is worth.
If drilling is to resume a 1200hp rig is not large enough for the task, 1800/2000hp mould be required even for a side track.
As an AAOG holder I am not trying to knock zenith in anyway and wish you all the best but be cautious as we got caught out big time.
One would hope so
If we had picked up an asset last week we would not have been suspended.
The reason that we went into suspension a day late I think was because a decision on heliumone was delayed. If I am correct on this at least it shows that the BOD are actively looking. Heliumone seemed a good move but I have reservations about Tanzania so it is with mixed blessings that we missed out.
If worse comes to worse Forum could put six million into us and turn us into an investment company but I doubt it.
FRom the RNS June 10th.
Further drawdowns of £100,000 per month (the "Drawdowns") to be mutually agreed between the Company and the Lenders up to the Commitment Amount;
So I assume that if both parties agree cash can be drawn down.
I trust that the BOD will find an asset within the next six months, I feel we were very close to going in with heliumone but for some reason AOGL got it.
All we can do now is sit tight and hope for a positive outcome.
They most likely forgot to log in the RNS
NO PJ, it’s going up.........(:-))
SO or two her last few weeks I feel not longer there has been nothing but sells, so there must be a stock now available to buy, I wonder how much people are prepared to pay to get them before news is out. I would assume that as usual news will leak out before it is announced. For all we know an asset has been found and the i’s are being dotted.
Let’s hope for a great out come, because the fat lady has not yet started to sing.
I doubt that Crusty, if they were going to throw the towel in they would have done it months ago. They could apply for an extension due to adverse conditions.
We will not delist in a few days, we would go into suspension which means no share trading apart from that it’s business as usual. This would give us up to another six months to sort things out. Many companies come out of suspension far stronger so don’t be too concerned about it.
It’s on its way somewhere but not Timbuktu, could be an interesting few months ahead .
Perhaps the fella who just sold a fivers worth knows something.
