Hi lastthrow good to hear from you and thanks for your good wishes . Anyone who is on these boards who has not had a disastrous year taking into account the high risk companies we invest in has it yet to come. To be honest a big loss wakes one up and just shows how venerable we are. However life goes on and will live to fight another day. Congrats on a new grandchild, I now have two, one unfortunately is to old to believe in Santa and the other to young. How I love to wind them up and bring the magic of Christmas alive, Nextel year I can start again.

We here in Ireland are getting locked down again at 3pm this afternoon (:-( pubs,restaurants and non essential businesses......will we ever get used to it.

As the heading says....anyone still positive ? I don’t know if positive is the correct word but hopeful would be a good substitute.

Yes I am hopeful I have to be. This time last year we really were in a dreadful state, two previous members of the management team had destroyed all hope of drilling in The Congo and left the bank balance empty,they then ran off and set up another company which we seem to have funded much of the legal and due diligence costs. Anyone who was here this time last year knows how that felt....boy it hurt. Forum then moved in with some much needed capital and new directors and sold off our interest in the Congo . Zenith paid us cash and took it over, I honestly wish them luck and all success with the asset.

Where does it leave us......suspended and looking for a reverse takeover. We have about 16 weeks to find something.....can we do it?

Please remember that there are posters out there that just want attention and to create a reaction. When news is out it will come via RNS from the company. I often here things via the grapevine,sometimes it is correct but more often than not it’s nowhere close. If I posted every time I heard something I would look like yesterday’s poster........a total turnip.

I think that we all got carried away with the hype and false promises that previous directors fed us,they were incompetent and were unable to deliver. So where are we now.

We are in a period of suspension and can be up until 4th of May next year. Within this timeline we must do a reverse takeover,ie take over an asset that produces an income or has a very good chance of doing so in a short space of time.

Can we do it ?

This depends on a number of factors.
As long as Riverfort inject cash we will be given time to find something, do DD and legal work and pay day to day running costs.

Can we find a RTO ?

Sarah Cope who was a director of AOGL did a successful RTO into helium1, AOGL was in suspension for many month and looked hopeless but it now looks like a bright future for them.

If Sarah could do this for them she can do it for us, she won’t reply to emails and won’t drop RNS’s unless she really has to, but and a big but she can as she proved do very good take overs.

Our chairwoman successful RT’d aogl into H1 and bought shares in the company which are up about 70 % in the last two days.

It would be nice if she could put some time in here and sort this mess out, or will she sail off into the sunset like the other two did?

She was on the board of aogl since 2018
