Nope - not at all. The financing is bound to be in place but conditional upon the ECC being issued. That is the normal modus operandi. No one is going to open the cheque book unconditionally until the last piece of the jig saw is in place. Only a short while now methinks

As I understand it the environmental issues ( as you refer to them) are indeed all settled but the final processes and issue of the ECC paperwork are not quite complete. Not long to wait I am confident. I am sure they will find a pen for the Minister to sign with !!

It does not appear that many, if any, of you have any experience of permitting in Namibia - or anywhere else. That is fair enough. We cannot all be expert in everything.

Having checked with one of the major consultancies, opinion is that the ECC will follow the ML in timely fashion. It is issued by a different Ministry to the ML, namely MEFT. The ML comes first and the ECC second BUT the process for the ECC - the final hurdle commenced back in April with the submission of the SEIA and EMP to the MEFT. Both documents have been approved and we are in the final stages or furlong ( if you follow the horses).

Nothing wrong and nothing to do - except be patient, as ever. All the public meetings and consultations were completed successfully yonks ago😀

It was as hollow as your rhetoric about the doomsday scenario for BZT in recent months. Now let's get the 190Kt of copper out-of-the ground.

Don't worry your little whiskers about the financing. CB will deliver shortly and then you can try to find some other reason for being negative in the months ahead. Right now I am a very frustrated supporter in line with MrTriumph.

The RNS yesterday was minimalistic and quite absurd for such a momentous milestone - a full Mining Licence. Why not publish the substance and information that investors need and are entitled to ? We know that CB and his crew have been working for months and months on what transpires after an ML is granted so why conceal it ?

We can only hope that we get an RNS every few days starting Monday !!

True but in this case they are over-regulating and creating a false, depressed market by restricting publication of accurate and truthful progress. Very poor by the NOMAD

A reasonable comment but did you listen to CB's position on this released earlier today on Sunday Roast. Clearly all financing and other contracts in place is the way I read it.
