It may not be anything to do with CapAI, but a low costs publisher would be a neat fit with Author42.

That's right, maidit. Speaking from experience, developing anything like Author42 even a couple of years ago was many people and several years - hence it was not done. I must admit that the demo at the GM landed better due to the interactive nature.

Most exciting is the breadth of opportunities, especially in the bio/medical AI space. And Dr Nag is presenting at another low key (!!) event on this next week. Looks to be a lot of money going to hear him talk. I guess that doesn't happen by chance... GLA!

Muldoon - he's not selling. This is per the Stock Loan Agreement approved by the GM.

Let's read it properly, folks. This reduction in RE's holdings is a temporary thing. Through the GM approved Stock Loan Agreement he has loaned the company 400m shares - he has not sold them. In a few days he will get them back and his holding goes back up by the same amount.

It's there in the RNS: "This notification has been made following the borrowing by capAI plc ("capAI") of 400,000,000 ordinary shares of nominal value £0.00001 each in the capital of capAI (the "Borrowed Shares") from Richard Edwards (a director of capAI designated as Executive Chairman) on 2 June 2025, pursuant to an English law governed stock loan agreement (cast as a deed) entered into between capAI and Richard Edwards dated 28 May 2025 (the "Stock Loan Agreement")."

Folks - this is indeed an interesting discussion and timely topic. As someone with 30 years experience and multiple qualifications in cyber defence and AI, I do mean that genuinely.

So, please don't take offence when I ask that you take conversation on AI warfare etc. offline or on to another board (e.g. ALRT) where it is relevant. Given the current transformation in CapAI, I think we'd all (incl. yourselves) benefit from this board being kept relevant to CapAI. Thanks in advance.

We should remember that, "Preferential Development Rights: capAI has secured the right of first refusal to jointly develop selected R42 projects, subject to the process outlined in the Alliance Agreement." Now, I have no idea if any of these fall within the cohort of selected R42 projects... but wouldn't that be exciting?

We should all remember that the Alliance Agreement came into effect today. It’s almost like there’s a plan… a pre-determined cadence… building a long-term successful business takes time. I’m glad the BoD are taking the time to do so.
