If I'm reading this right, Exgen will be taking a seat on the board, presumably after the AGM. Is that correct?

What developments are you folks more experienced in Phoenix Copper than I am expecting?

Three large trades just printed. Given the bid/offer at the time, the one at 15:15 and 15:59 are clearly buys. The 2m at 15:47, perhaps a sell.

I was expecting the SP to come down a little this week due to the bookbuild, but hoping that would be shorter-term and not as deep. Like you (and most others, I expect) I'm holding and will add a few more this afternoon.

Being a relative newbie to the investing game, though, I'm confused that SP is not higher given the ASX listing (almost into ASX100) and all the other catalysts incoming. My best gues is liek E1, that they're fill big orders in the background. GLA!

While exact thresholds fluctuate, based on recent data:

ASX 100: Companies typically need a market cap of at least AUD 4–5 billion to be in the lower range of the index.

ASX 200: Companies near the bottom of the index usually have a market cap of around AUD 1.5–2 billion.
