The last trade before 16:30 was a buy at 0.43. At the close, the bid was 0.4 and offer 0.43.

The 9.5m / £40K trade (at 16:41) was at 0.43 ... bang on the offer. I'm pretty sure being back on the offer qualifies as a buy.
