JV partner put in 10 million for a 30-40% stake.

SP goes up- MC 15 million.

Share rase to cover additional costs.

We should see a rise from here when the market catches on.

JV partners are lined up now the licence is extended, we should see an RNA very soon

Diamonds gone up over the last 10 years. Dipped a bit last year but predicted to go up 10% in 2024 They were estimated at a minimum of 18 million many years ago; ten years on should be around or above 18 million.

The real money is getting the mining licence back in Zimbabwe.

We should be focusing on BP Q4 as this should show profitability going forward.

Lots to look forward to here.

Looking at the accounts and the cash flow going forward it doesn’t take a genius to work out that we will soon be cash flow positive.

Bp news will clear all placing shares in short order. We can then look forward to 2024 with confidence.

Once we get conformation of multimillion tone resource equating to a 30+ year mine life at BP a good finance deal will follow. We will then see a MC that reflects VASTS portfolio.

If the above comes to fruition (which is likely in IMHO) this could well be the recovery story of the year;-)

I have kept my thoughts to myself as was unsure where this was going after yesterday's RNS. I was hopeful yesterday but following today's RNS am cautiously optimistic. It appears that things have finally turned a corner.

Based on past production I believe that BP figures will be good enough to avoid a placing.

the SP will motor North shortly.
