It's going to be an interesting afternoon when the news lands.
This is a rubberstamp exercise. The High Court decision will be swift.
Not surprised that the share price has dropped a bit today due to fear of resolution not going vast's way and distrust of the Zimbabwe High Court.
Hoping for fair value over the next few days to be recognised.
Market cap is still way too low.

This is looking very good for us now.
Diamonds and mining licence was stolen from vast by Mugabe and his cronies over a decade ago. Based on the facts of the case the judgement should fall in favour of vast. A lot has changed since the Mugabe, particularly in the mining sector. The judge has a reputation to maintain. The Ministry of mines will want to distance himself from the past they are now positioning themselves internationally. The government stance support international investment into Zimbabwe’s mining sector.
It will be interesting to see whether there is a compensation package already agreed by the Ministry of mines for all the monies lost over the last decade. I am expecting vast to be granted mining rights. As for the stones guessing around £15-20 million at current prices.
Don’t forget BP turnaround-BP should be breakeven on current projections and become profitable very shortly. We then have all the other assets. This is all coming together despite the constant murmurings of the De-ramping squad that have been here for an eternity and hold no shares.
Market cap way undervalued
imminent news due on many fronts

'Let's hope that 7.9k ore tonnage is now a baseline that they're rising from.'
I believe that this will be the baseline moving forward.
24K K tonnes of ore for next quarter is the sweet spot and will prove the mine's viability. Further increases in tonnage will see confidence returned and share price restored to reflect the true value of BP. Mill capacity 42 K tonnes per month. Anything above 24K tonnes is a game changer as the mine will be profitable
This is taken longer to come to fruition then I thought but I am reassured by the September ore tonnage. October is said to be better and expectations for this to increase look probable based on month by month tonnage increase over the last year. Grades also going up.
My glass is genuinely half full on this one now. 6 million market cap looks way undervalue based on mine forecast moving forward. Inflection point has arrived.
