Absolutely agree Clairabella. They would have studied our assets very carefully. Obviously we have much more than just Havieron. And they have people who can help Shaun find it.

From my experience the deal is signed subject to etc. etc. So no other company can jump in.

Sand. He’s managed to do the Wyloo deal subject to shareholders approval of the issuing of new shares. And it only takes 2 weeks for an EGM. So not a problem really.

I find this the most exciting part of their statement.

How much is left for dividends very much depends on the POG in 3 years time but could conservatively be at least 10p.

Schiemel. What can Newcrest do? Maybe kick themselves for not investing in GGP.....they had their chance and have now let one of the big boys in. They can of course buy in the market, but at at a much higher price.
