Anyone remember Verona Pharma? Moved from AIM to Nasdaq about 5 or 6 years ago. Raised equity and debt. Their thing was a new treatment for COPD which is a huge market. FDA approved in June 2025. They recruited over 100 salesmen and revenue commenced soon after. Not an easy sell as the doctors had to be educated on a better treatment than the existing SOC. Revenue increased monthly and the sp too. They then got an offer from Merck, full takeover , at what I believe was a gross undervaluation. So if you go it alone Scancell don't sell out too soon.

This is a great raise and allows the company to continue with all the trials as required. I can actually see it going blue by COP.

There is also 1.09m tons of zinc, value $3.6bn. and 260k tons of lead valued at $542m. All for a cap of £15m.

Since the last results announced in December the gold price is up about 30%. That should be another boost to the sp when the next results come out.

Hi Speedy. Capex won't be too much as it will be open pit and if the results are very good I can't see it being a problem.
