I can't think that Scancell is a difficult audit so RSM should be fine.

Yes that was the line I was given. And probably true. But from my years in the profession there would always be a back up partner. Delaying the accounts could have serious consequences.

Yes I'm in big time. 100% up at present. Capex shouldn't be that high as it's near surface, so open pit. They can start on a small area and then self fund future drilling. Of course they could get taken out before then.
