Scottie… if you look at last years accounts it shows that he had options that expired before June 2021 when the sp was much higher now. Maybe he forgot to exercise them. But they were “extended” in a February RNS. (at the original price). It seems wrong to me , maybe illegal. that he gets new options but at the very low exercise price of 0.2p.

And this time we'll get a much better JV deal..no more 5% based on an impossible valuation !

expired means exactly that..expired. So they were new options. Also why not disclosed them correctly in the annual accounts ? If they had so wanted they could have extended them before they had expired, or indeed at the time of the AGM. It makes a mockery of the options policy if you can grant them at a very low exercise price.
It would be much better for the company to grant options to Shaun at that price ? If any one is peeved it must be Shaun.
My view is that Borrelli forgot about them.

Yes you're right, but my point stands as it related to the accounts at 30 June 2021 signed off by Borrelli in November 2021.
I also think it is completely wrong that options can be extended at the original exercise price. New options at the current price is acceptable. But maybe not to the non exec chairman.

It also shows that Borrelli had unexercised 25m options at 0.2p and 7.5m at 0.7p but both had expired before 30 June 2021. So they are not available anymore. Looks like the note to the accounts is wrong. Did Borrelli really not exercised them? And he's our Chairman !
