More worrying to NCM than the “Disclosure Committee” is that they have iis who are openly criticising the CEO....lower profits, reduced dividend , spending too much on acquisitions. Hard to see how they would support another one. Maybe they wouldn't even support buying the 5%. They may even be hoping for a bid for NCM. That would be fun !

Any independent arbitrator would demand to see the latest data. So Bizwaz's posturing is a bit silly really. Makes him look a complete idiot. All IMHO, obviously.

Bit of a bad week actually, caught out for bullying , had to apologise, but at least they all know what to expect when they negotiate with Bully Bizzy !
Understand young Shaun was a bit ****ed off we didn't put out an updated MRE. Told me he won't agree to a lowball 5% offer. Seems to have grown some balls, listening to all those pis on LSE.....Paddy, Zoros, Bamps, Dips etc
So called up an independent valuer, didn't go well.
When's your latest MRE? oct 20 , look! there must be more recent info, how many drill since then, don't you always find more gold with every drill, and you don't know the boundaries yet, or the depth, and there might be another Havieron ? c'mon mate give me an updated MRE.
Seems like I can't bully the independent guy. Maybe it's time I went. My own iis are unhappy, don't like lower profits or a reduced divi.
If I go now I'll get a good payout which I can invest in a junior gold explorer, maybe meet up on the beach with Gervaise, update him and he can put a few mill back in. SP will rocket , a win win for everybody and I'll go down as the CEO who secured the best JV in living memory.

Got in on Monday. Heavy in GGP so this could be an ideal opportunity. Nice to see they are drilling successfully in other areas.

Happens in lots of AIM shares.
I'm in a gold exploration co in Australia. Every time they announce good news the price goes down. Don't care that much as I'm a LTH; means I can buy some more and get the average down.
