Tbh none of these hedge funds have a scooby spouting numbers which we can all do. Only time will tell.

Starting with OR briefing tomorrow and what comes of that, and the small rise and small fall pre and post XD date this month which we know are actually happening.

@Willy263: Excuse my ignorance but what does those figures of “reduced short from 0.55 to 0.48 mean? Pence? Pounds? Percentage?

As Fleccy mentioned it was 110-123 around the time it was allegedly shorted by this person/firm.

Shorted due to recent quick rise - highly probable…definitely not for the reason he stated regarding debt levels and dividends reasons - wonder how many time he will have to cover his short in the long run - unless he shorting for short term quick in and out trade then could work…but definitely not for long term esp. at this price.

Possible it could have been a tip off - but hard to say - esp. if the info. was already on the website and just none of us on this chat had seen it to share it. However, if it was not on the BT website when she mentioned it on here then it was defo a tip off - as Mary was spot on with the date of the briefing.

Nonetheless, the info. was good and we can see what comes of it tomorrow :)

P.S. £2.50 a good target to have and good luck to you. I will probably take some off the table at that price - but will not sell all (alot of upside potential in the medium/long term).

Just followed that link you uploaded Phatkatzout, and it seems anyone can register for the briefing tomorrow - as I have just tried to register and got approved as just received this after registering…

Certainly seems that way 1msn - the 2-3% daily gain is definitely not usual for BT lol, and it cannot just be because it’s Xmas or because BT/EEhave moved to selling Fridges hahah! Wonder if it has to do with OR business meeting tomorrow? Family silver being sold? ;P Whatever it is, im guessing no one is complaining and enjoying the gains ;)

Whether it’s speculation on Drahi able to make bid in Dec or Bid from DT or XD date approaching or OR news on Thursday or JP stating doubling of share price and even Jensen leaving soon for the his new pseudo CEO - it’s all news/events that’s shifting the price on a upwards trajectory :) Well done on those who managed bought in at recent lows and those who didnt sell ;) ATB

My thought exactly Jaytee41. Who in the right mind would buy 5x the Market price? Unless someone can enlighten Jaytee41 and I that would be appreciated.

@Zac0_4 - Is it LGEN divi that people are complaining about (hope so as LGen board). But if it is divis in general people are holding, and getting delays on the other divis - then yes agreed - best change as that cant be right. However, like my previous post - it’s just LGEN divi that seems to be the only one that has taken longest to pay. Others have been spot on XD date.

@Littleaston: I understand what you’re saying. Just seems like it was LGEN divi is late for me. All the other divis for other companies have come in on time. So not sure if it’s LGEN’s fault or my broker fault but as long as the divi gets paid no more than the 10 days….it’s not a problem to move broker if rest of the service is good or does what I need.

Received notification - Payment for divi due on 2nd October (as that’s max 10 days) So wait until then for those who have not received their payment.

If not, ring your provider.
