Notimetoloulouse I have seen my holdings go up and down several times in zenith.......I believe this time it will be different and we will break new highs......the noise coming out of Tunisia with facts of the minister of energy being sacked as well as hints from LOA points to me a ICSID victory depending on the amount.......anything above $200m and the price will be 4-5 times the current market cap IMO with the solar an uranium progressing as well as interest accrued on the winnings.....DYOR

Overall this doesn’t remove the financial risk but it does strengthen the asset side of the equation at the same time negotiations continue….In that context, it’s a constructive decent update imo but we do need the finances sorted soon…dyor

Miraosol the termination of the deal is likely a positive outcome…. it allows the company to focus on SFB and secure the necessary funding to generate meaningful returns rather than allocating capital to less productive opportunities…..imo

NG Agreed.…the statement that failure to reach an agreement would create material uncertainty around the ability to continue as a going concern is blunt but it’s standard in this situation…. What matters is that discussions are described as positive and continuing, rather than stalled or heading towards enforcement….I think they are heading in the right direction imo…we need more clarity though to see where we financially

Turning to the finance section the wording is very direct….they confirm that discussions with creditors regarding restructuring remain ongoing and describe those discussions as positive while also reiterating the going-concern risk if an agreement isn’t reached.

I note the tone of the operational language.…imo implies this resolves anything or sets a new baseline.…simply said the results are encouraging and will be monitored…. restraint makes the reported figures easier to take at face value. …imo

I agree the financial position still dominates….but the operational detail here is stronger than we’ve seen in recent updates.…. clearly described the work at B7 and B2, confirmed completion, and confirmed contractors have demobilised.…which suggests the programme ran to plan rather than being scaled back.

The comparison to the Q4 2025 average is also important.….using a quarterly baseline rather than a single strong month makes the circa 30% uplift more meaningful, even if it moderates once flowback ends….imo

Clearly Angus is not in default..........but we need newsflow in the new year to show us where we are with clear communication......Happy new year all

Angus need to nominate someone to take reigns of the company............If the financial guy manages to sort debt for the company going forward and we start generating income then he should just be man enough and just run the company........imo

True….. the comments at the bottom are put out by the Finance Director Carlos Fernandes he will obviously be the one who is doing the negotiations with the creditorsis he sending us a clear message that everything is going to be ok….guess more clear as time goes…..gla

i used to defend him but looking back the debt structure was a ticking time bomb…….when he walked his just ****ed on his colleagues by leaving them to clean up his mess…..he clearly thought that the plug was going to get pulled so he got out of dodge quick…..imo

I’ll concede this feels different…..in the past we had plenty of optimistic words and very little lender alignment….. time the lender is explicitly namechecked…..imo

I have been invested here a long time and get why people are focusing on Trafigura…….but let’s not forget how badly this company has messed things up to get here in the past….. Missed payments, suspension, debt piled on debt andnone of this happened by accident…We’re basically at Trafigura’s mercy now…..but we have to wait and see what they release further down the line….dyor
