In the Norwegian market.........there appears to be consistent buying activity around the 1-1.05 NOK level.......his suggests that either company insiders........well-informed stakeholders or large institutional investors are accumulating shares.........likely in anticipation of the upcoming second arbitration ruling......I do not expect the price to fall below 1 NOK between now and the ruling indicating that we have likely reached a bottom......at worst a potential downside of 10% though I find that unlikely........additionally I anticipate that AC may introduce unexpected developments leading up to the decision potentially driving the share price higher possibly through news from Italy or Congo...........DYOR

We raised a negligible amount, yet everyone is overreacting.......people truly have no understanding of investments or business.....the £1.5 million will likely be used to acquire another asset in Italy which I assume will generate stable guaranteed revenue for the company........If I had to estimate probably over £5 million per year and this will be immediate revenue........not speculative oil exploration......sometimes I genuinely think investors on the LSE have no clue how businesses operate......The same complaints were made when AC acquired Tunisia for just a couple of million and now that asset is generating half a billion dollars.......DYOR

If AC turns the company into a half a billion pound company...............he can even take £50m I'll be too busy in Monaco to care by then.......:)

There is no news that has changed.........lady of aim said it was a quick hearing which points to an easy swift hearing on our side........only reason the share price has dropped is because people expected a settlement before the second court case however AC is clearly going for all the marbles instead of lower offers..............imo

If that's the cause that was am extremely fast court proceeding.............anything that straight forward points towards another big win for Zenith.......imo

I now monitor the Oslo exchange as generally they are ahead of us with share movements and volume........gla

Umaz the last placing at around 0.69kr touched the placing price then went to 2kr...............I think last week we reached the lowest it would go at 1kr and only see it going up from here with small dips and bigger rises.........imo

A seller emerged last week and fully liquidated their position.......all the stock was absorbed by investors and I suspect that major investors likely those who participated in the last placement at 1.34 were involved in swallowing up all the sold shares..........momentum back back up I believe.........gla and dyor

I have no idea why the sell off yesterday but the buy volume is back today...............expecting an attack at 1.3 krone on the Oslo market which should then transfer to here.........imo

Manfor 5p not possible............the directors piled in millions which they won't touch I even think AC owns around 13% of the company.......we had investors in at 1.36 krone the other week and the price right now is 1.04 krone.......today was a dip and the second court case should be Feb 25th in which I am expecting big buying into that..........5p no chance 10p more likely within the next week...........dyor

The amount of shares the directors hold as well as the institutions who purchased well above 1 krone I do not believe this will get any lower than this mornings low............imo and dyor

Lovely morning tree shake.......same thing happened on the Norwegian markets from 1 kr to 0.69...........the following weeks the share price moved to 2 kr............im sure after the meting in Norway with AC the price will have another huge uplift..............gla and dyor

I think the offer must have been around the $200m figure maybe a little over...............why would they settle for $300m if they won the first arbitration easily and their legal team are sure they will win the remaining two?.......that means give away $300m for nothing.......I would prefer the company play it to the end and get as much money as possible and then pay it out as dividends to us.........especially us who have been holding for so long!

On her latest tweet is indicating that they are currently in negotiation in London...............I think they will probably settle at $300m but she says no less than $400m...........personally I will take $300m..........dyor
