The Tunisian side is trying to cut their losses and exit on the cheap, currently $180M on the table. Zenith appear determined to hold out for more but the game-changer could be the payment terms. If it become a single lump sum then that could get interesting 🚀

The second arbitration is only couple months away worth $130m..............we have won the first decisively and the second should be a formality.............buy on weakness IMO and DYOR

The money is assured; that much is certain......I am merely curious as to what the legal fees will amount to when we secure $650 million..........$400 million is more than enough for me...........DYOR

Why wouldn't it be 50p?.......the second arbitration is valued at £100 million while the current market cap is just £12 million at 5.5p per share.......If they succeed in the second arbitration then the third and final arbitration valued at £450 million is almost guaranteed..........n that case the share price is more likely to reach £2 rather than just 50p in my humble opinion..............50p is very realistic on the second arbitration win expected mid march...............DYOR

The volume and buying pressure is very good.........if they win the 2nd arbitration I can see highs of 50p+.......DYOR

Should be another leg up tomorrow back over 3p................the money we have won is not even 25% of our market cap............more buying tomorrow IMO

The market has not even valued in today's huge winning...........the share price should be at least 4-5p...........the price will eventually rectify itself...........IMHO

I now anticipate favorable outcomes in both the second and third arbitration proceedings......the current valuation remains undervalued as there is $500+ still to contest.......DYOR
