a. running down Solgold's cash levels.

b. not achieving all condition precedents for the Franco tranche 2.

c. securing key permits at Cascabel.

d. securing additional right of ways.

e. securing environmental licence for Porvenir.

He still retains a Board seat because he clearly delivered what was asked of him and still receives the support of the Board.

If it was not important to achieve achieve all conditions precedent for Franco Tranche 2, could the reason be that he was only responsible to achieve key items outlined as condition precedents within a non-binding takeover offer which is about to go binding.

No acquirer of Solgold or Cascabel wants Solgold to receive Franco Tranche 2.

No acquirer of Solgold or Cascabel wants the share price to spike pre announcement.
