My preferred outcome is that they walk away, we then roll current mgmt and board, and we release CIPA and DFS within 3 months.

The question is, how much of our advisors fees are being covered/underwritten/reimbursed by JCC.

If our advisors fee was say £20m for a £3B transaction, but JCC wanted to only pay £1B, if JCC guarantees our advisors their £20m plus offers them cushy jobs post transaction (including individuals from our mgmt team that may be associated to our advisors), would our advisors (or mgmt team) give a fark whether we got £1B or £3B?

a. They have sold half/entire holding.

b. JCC will withdraw their interest if 'No' vote wins

Please please please remember this... Vujcic wants every single retail pleb like me to sell and move on. They (our mgmt and their social media advisors) are trying to create a rhetoric that we must sell and move on. I can tell you and back this statement up with significant evidence, they have been targeting me for years in order to force/pressure me to sell!!!

The best thing which retail shareholders can do is to remain patient. Into's are buying and blind freddy can see that its counter bid time.
