What is strange, and this was confirmed to me by Caldwell is that Smith left Glencore, ran an eoi for our cu offtake, later joined our business, and never revealed the findings of the cu offtake eoi process with the market.

It’s frightening to think how keen the cu smelters would had been to secure an offtake with Solgols.

We would be able to achieve an amount that exceeds JCC’s offer for our company.

That is why Smith, Vujcic, Caldwell and any other CGP / Maxit cronies should be removed

Vote no and roll mgmt and the board.

Vote them off and cut all contractural arrangements with Maxit and RBC
