I think the reason the market hasn't reacted is because this is how I read this rns

24mmcf gross ( sdx has 50prct so 12mmcf net...and then 51 prct net proceed's goes to Egyptian gvrntment....)

So of that 24mmcf ..net SDX only getting around 6mmcf in reality. Of curse that doubles in q1 2020 when goes upto 50mmcf (12.50mmcf net after taxes /royalties)

Not saying they can't add more here but just thought this might explain the limp sdx response.

12 wells in Morocco next will be very interesting as much better commercial terms there.

the BIG difference guys , is we now own a controlling share of the Operator here , where we did not before.

You cannot underestimate that power of that control right now and BOD here has played a blinder in doing this before this key news.

We now own many multiples of that placing in the operator and in the asset itself indirectly.

anyways , i'm confident that with 65% of the entire shares issued in II hands , that we are safe. At least you dont need to worry about the money yo-yo with rubbish day traders anymore like other shares.

Our time will come and when least expect it , who know if offer comes ?

Also , are none of you aware of Parta IM1 EWT due end of this month....WN has overshadowed that and think lotsa you forgetting Parta is another jewel in our bag with very quick monetisation options

Right so slot will be looking in today to fundamentals. What does today's news actually mean?
Well we have 39.33prct indirect interest of west newton block via the operator ( 59prct ownership of Rathlin who in turn have 66.67prct of WN)

If we just go by half of the 246mil stoop today say 123mil boe or thereabouts ..thats over 6 to 7bil USD in the ground at 100prct. .so for 39.33prct that's 2.3bil USD or 1.8bil gbp.

Our market cap is 66mil gbp

Now none of this really matter's more until we know how much we can flow out the ground (higher flows=higher nav). And of course how much it will cost to extract.

If we get real conservative with maybe a 20dollar a barrel cost and say net we get maybe 25 to 30 dollar net after royalties , taxes...we are still talking about 700 to 800mil sterling !!

Really weird that market not reacting and it maybe because this isn't a independent cpr nor have we got some exciting flow rates.

Don't let that discourage you that this is a winner.

Seems circa 25mil gbp debt in convertible bonds in 2022 and 2023.

That being said....this company building a fair cash pile that they could either use for acquisitions or pay down the debt.

Seems 4mil gbp market cap is fair nav here in short term...but so should recover above 1p early next year

That's why a fair conservative aggregated net view is around 50mil gbp net per annum in my opinion. Still huge and can't deny that

OK even at 180 days production and a lower net dollar per ounce....still easily 50mil net per annum here. And as we have 100 percent of the production, 3 or 4 times earnings easily rated this as a 125 to 150mil gbp market cap business...without taking any of the new blocks into account where the additional 13mil oz of palladium sitting

on conservative 3 or 4 x earnings , this sp easily touches 10p....not withstanding assets in the ground proven or otherwise as yet permit awaiting etc etc

people need to do their research and hold strong , i havent seen a company like this in years of investing.

start with the proactive investor interview as snippets from that that will tell you how much we are earning and the potential size of a sale.

if sale doesnt happen , we are still golden with tonnes of earnings....so much so they want to get dividends going! no firm does that if they doing some revenue

people need to calm the foxtrot down.....if you asking for dividend , then that is a regular release and will be something around 10 to 15% (as is the norm with divi cos) of sharprice ( so 0.2p lets say)

If you asking about Extraordinary Dividence in event of asset sale...that is very differnt matter as will be a large release and its anyone guess as valuations here are anything from 2bil to 76bil whoever you ask.

Wont matter until we get an offer folks

After listening to interview , here are some key snippets =

- 200ounces a day production (of which 100% now EUA from Sept 2019)
- cost per ounce is 200-300 , so net on palladium alone is 1500 give or take with other minerals like platinum (900 a ounce) or so.
- thats 300k USD A DAY! / $9.3mil a month / $111.6mil per annum PROFIT!

No wonder they arent doing placings , nor pushing for money from sinostell ($50mil due) as cash rich.

Talk about returing money to shareholders vai dividends as directors not only want some cahs back , but they want to KEEP their holdings....why ? Why else but they understand the FUNDAMENTALS here.

Remember the guy in interview invested in 2008 with £2mil at 5p....he is gonna want multiples of this since turning this company around.
