good post , interesting on UK round 32 that DELT might even pick up more blocks.

Gonna be alot of discussions in coming days with RBD/DELT and lets see if formal offer comes on or before 12th august 2020 deadline

good writeup Mike , DELT has a fantastic opp to be part of the growth of RBD....lets not forget RBD was high of 1.4p not too long ago (so trading nearly 30% of its highs right now)

Since then , RBD has taken more and more share of the West Newton asset as this will transform the company.

That realisation of value will be shared by DELT shareholders should the acquisition go ahead.

Likewise, DELT is also heavily undervalued , especially with 2 x fully funded drills with Shell helping on drills , notswithing some great offshort asset elsehwere

I think there is great opp considering RBD is part of Corallian's wins (through our direct interest in Corallian) that compliements this offshore plays.

If the shareholders of each firm actually research their counterparts , you will see that this is a good "marriage" to take things forward and both shareholders to benefit from the enlarged business

they fully fundeded for 2 x offshore wells sharing same oil play as West Newton. Shell is the farm in partner paying 100% of one and 75% of another drill

That alone is very attractive , especailly if oil is indeed hit , then this will look a steal @ £12.5mil we offering.

They have tonnes of other offshore they got in roun 18 and 20 of UK offshore bids.

i suggest you take a look at their latest ops update or annual results to get closer to this.

Yes , you might be frustrated as sp is low right now , but these guys are masterminds in the art of acquisitions and we will all thank them later

I for one aint worried and i think Deltic assets play well to our strategy and future growth.

Yip , i reckon someting is a brewing. Hearing informally that use of Audioboom is going really well and we'll see this relfected in next Operations update. Wont be long before someone snaps these guys up

Exactly , the RNS sale (Mr Taylor) sold around 3.22% of his entire holding in EUA....imagine if you did the same ? small amounts and maybe he wanted that to pay the mortgage down or something else - each to their own.

Remember what we invested in here , its going places and dont let the MMs take your shares. this WILL recover

tree shake , look at EUA trading history as happend numerous times 2-3p then agin 3-4p and again 4-7p...so bound to continue in current sp range 16-22p.

Just remember why you invested and the potential rewards, no need to watch daily sp changes as can swing up just as fast and swinging down

Its a mixed bag

- Firstly , whilst our sales are amazing to date , conventioanl NAV calcs simply dont apply due to the fact there is alot of competition in this area...not withstanding that any vaccine that comes out will pull the carpet under this compmany
- BUT ...and a BIG BUT , is that the sales have already cleaned all debts and is building a nice cash pile.
- I foressee that preventing any other players coming to the market more (like ODX or others) , then NCYT will almost exceedits market cap on cash balance below
- the above combined with my opninion that a 2n wave is coming , will increase thigs further.
- overall , the sales wont last like this forever and i predict will slow down towards end H1 2021.

Just my opninion here , as hopefully gives you understanding why the market and sentiment hasnt reacted better to the great news we have had to datte....but thats not to say this insnt an investable share , i think it very much still is right now

Remember the highs was 1.4p here when we had double whammy success of gas + oil @ West Newton

We also have confirmed find in Parta , Romania that also waiting on EWT (larger gas bcf possibility than WN even! )

And then we have Cali fornia , albeit now strained with the WTI oil price below breakeven $13 a barrel RBD themselves said is equitable.

Once the lockdown is lifted , things will ramp up rapidly....hwoever , no one knows when they will be and which regions will do it first. likely it will be a phased approach like in South Africa.

I for one am very confident that we'll see growth here , like that 25mil buyer similary yesterday i assume.

incase you seeing alot of large sells , its peeps like me that using this as opp to move funds from trading acc to share ISAs and such to captilaise on no CGT once RBD goes beyond 1p + once well drilling commences.

Being following this for a while and was shocked at downard trend to 200p levels.

Considering this latest news and that YoY increases in revenues is great , this is only going 1 direction from here and I have just invested for me and the missus

Looking forward to some puns about this share in due course....BOOM!

Since last EWT suspension , i can tell you alot is down to what is not reported.....the protesters on sight.

last i saw when EWT stopped , the residents reported foul smells (rings bells to the A1 drill some years ago) and they had to stop as instructed by Environment Agency.

This is contrary to the Rathlink news on 29th August that they suspended due to encournetering oil column and wanted to have some further studies done.

All the kit on site has be demobilised , so makes no sense why they would do that if was a temporary exercise.

They have come out with some news relating to the results of EWT , but 9 days worth of testing is nothing....they should ideally do 3 months worth as industry std!

Then we come back to the protesters , now this is the biggest problem for the partners in WN to getting things going again and i strongly believe the biggest reason this share hasnt shown its true potential.

We cannot deny the increible resource the partners are sitting on , but it means nothing if we cannot get it producing and cannot get it done fast.

So , the minute the 2 x new WN B drills hit the ground or intentions are made (remember they already have environmental clearance and drilling permission for these) , then sentiment will return and FOMO will kickin for lots looking in,

Guys chill. Just look at that delayed 910am trade that landed end of the day.....20mil shares at 150k gbp and at 0.75p.

Clearly MM's playing games to fill that huge order

Unreal that Range seems likely to escape administration.....the new name Star Phoenix is very apt , especially Phoenix part as they rise from the poor demakings in the past and failures.

1. Georgia granite hit
2. Puntland oil...then water
3. Colombia....nearly massive litigation , but avoided. Ultmiately lost few milion on perforamcne bond and some small setup fees
4. Merger with International Oil and Gas , flop
5. Citation resources in Gautemala....flop again as never got to retest stuff out there that looked lucrative.
6. Trinidad rig sale , then buyback , then 250 staff leeching us and no new contracts....now sale again.
7. Indonesia -still have my doubts about this one , but lets see if they can start afresh.

Sales still shas 2 hurdles , LandOcean Shareholder approval AND Trinidad Government approval....l..

Agreed , the fact IIs inreasing stakes , along with our Directors simiarly , is a sign of significant strength.

The market will wake up soon enough.

Dont forget , IIs own 66% of RBD folks...so when big news come , there wont be alot of share to trade as many of the shares are already in PI hands here and many are long term holders as we have an asset in West Newton that is of national interest and worth £850mil NAV of which RBD has 39% share of.

This will warm up post WN EWT resumption and any news on Parta EWT

Also don't forget that institutions own 66prct of RBD now too folks
