I'm sure that MB will elaborate on what has gone on re Gazelle and Gobi. Obviously though from being granted the LP in late May last year they only had about 5 months left to do a capital raise and then to get at least H1 going.

Don't forget that initially there was another issue regarding planning permission being required for the surface infrastructure at Heron. Luckily the government stepped in and deemed it be not necessary, though no doubt this administrative hurdle wasted more time from what time remained in the 2024 weather window.

The local access permission which was only granted as late as May 2024 I presume was for all of block XX ? In which case the earliest that Gazelle could have been brought online was after this date. Still, the question would presumably be valid for a loss of income over approx one year.

I've repeatedly said that the rogue provincial governor cost the company several years of production due to him refusing to sign the tripartite special purpose designation agreement despite the MG and MATD having already signed it. Plus he made up some nonsense story about the area overlapping into protected land, which now seems to have been magically forgotten about by the latest governor

If it is an Indian entity, then any Chinese entities would now have to quickly put in offers to buy block XX before any farm-in deal is signed. Otherwise that ship will have sailed.

And with a farm-in now as a tangible option for MATD, it would have to be a very good buyout offer. Certainly it would have to be a realistic one and not a desultory offer.

Surely the Chinese top brass visit Mongolia regularly ? I mean it's right next door. I would have thought that the PC top brass come and go to blocks 19 and 21 quite regularly..

It really is daft for people to make potentially defamatory comments and allegations when the company has already stated in an email that they are consulting their " advisers " which clearly must only mean their legal people.

Why would anybody who holds seemingly no shares sit on here all day every day and put himself at risk of a defamation case, and possibly even criminal prosecution due to comments about deceased relatives, wishing mortal diseases on people etc ? Even harassing genuine holders via their personal email with unsolicited messages.

Makes zero sense unless their is a hidden agenda with a lot at stake for them.

If the 198 person is trying to make out that there was something underhand about the 500k USD payment, then hopefully the company has duly noted it as another potentially defamatory allegation to be passed to their " advisers " for when a reckoning finally happens...

One question for the presentation might be what action they are intending to take on this front after consulting their legal people.

Mr P ; I think it's pretty straightforward to understand that whether block XX is to be sold or subject to a farm-in agreement that the PSC doesn't allow it to be split up in either scenario.

I'm sure they are aware of who 2master82 " is in real life, given that he almost certainly posed the question re MB resigning for the last investor presentation, and given that MB read this out and answered it.

No doubt they have also read his previous posting history, including the numerous comments about him stating that MB is not fit for the job purely on ageist grounds. Ageism is a nasty form of prejudice, up there with racism and sexism.

It's also an irrational prejudice, as the person who makes ageist remarks will eventually become that which he is prejudiced against. Some people seem to believe that they will never grow older for some reason.

PC have had around a 60% hit rate with their activities in blocks 19 and 21. Yet in 2015 most of the 8m or so barrels of oil per annum produced in Mongolia were coming from those two fields.

Soco drilled 27 wells in block 19 to achieve what were are producing today ( 350bpd) before selling it to PC.

Let's hold MATD to a set of totally different standards however if we are a layperson to the oil industry, with no idea of what we are talking about when directing slurs and barbs at the company....

200 bod from Gazelle equates to about $240,000 of free cash every month ( once it's paid in full ) based on what MB once said about trimming costs so that H1 effectively covers the cost of running the company.

So why does TT go on about " wasting precious money " on H2 as though the survival of the company depends on it ? Seems like he has an agenda.

At the end they added " Please note that we are currently discussing the issue with our advisers. "

"Advisers " can only mean their legal people. The slurs are also slurs directed towards Petrovis as well don't forget. MATD is a subsidiary of the Petrovis Group.

The company wrote to me on 10/12 and stated ;

You can be fairly sure that they are monitoring everything that those two in particular write ( ie " certain users " ) and are sending the material on to their lawyers. It's best if others also collect screenshots however.

Abzzba ; I have had those two filtered for many months now, however please be sure to take screenshots of any comments they make which might be deemed defamatory. I think the company is monitoring and presumably collecting screenshots, however it's best to make sure they have lots of material.

Yet Gazelle is providing approximately 200 bopd of free cash each and every day. That totally overrides the importance of gaining or losing 50 bopd from H2.

You seem like an outright neg to me - you barely have a good word to say about anything.
