At least MATD is generating income....in fact as of recently it is generating free cash. More than can be said about this one....

Yes, it's good that you have at least recouped your MATD loss with your TXH play. And it would have been a much better trade had you just stuck to that company's shares, but that's life I guess.

Fortunately some of us don't need to bother with mortgage overpayments, as our house ownership is unencumbered.

Adw ; like I said, I now accept that you are a trader, and therefore I don't agree with comments first made by others on here ,which asserted that you might be involved in some kind of boiler room set up.

Nothing wrong with trading, as long as it doesn't involve trashing the company and its prospects on a chat board. It doesn't give a trading advantage anyway.

In fact I traded the shares of two companies this year and made a tidy profit on both. And that's without particularly focusing on a trading strategy. My MATD shares I have drip fed my purchases over several years and have held.

And having trawled some of your posts which previously I had filtered, going back 7 or 8 months, I now fully accept that you are a trader who has apparently experienced very mixed fortunes. You seemingly bought into MATD at around 2.6p late last year and then sold around 500k shares weeks later at around 1.8p. That's the way that it can go with trading shares sometimes.

And then this year, instead of focusing exclusively on THX - which has performed superbly this year - you seemed to be very distracted by MATD and this board, so sold your THX shares prematurely so as to buy in again here. Unfortunately you then had to buy back into THX again much higher. That's the way that it can go with trading sometime.

Btw, I had a 35 min telephone chat with the director of LSE the other day. It was very interesting, and he seems like a good chap.

Also, I had to unfilter someone the other day for various reasons, having had him filtered for 7 or 8 months now. I have now read a few of his previous posts spanning months, and some are quite amusing.

Seems he's been gloating for ages about me doing a fictitious " fat fingered purchase " and buying 20k of shares back in 2019 instead of £2k. I have no idea where he got this idea from, and I've been smiling about it ever since I read it. For the record, I did my first purchase and bought £3k worth of MATD shares in Sept 2019, having spent that year holding just high yielding main market shares. I then made my next purchase in 2021 during the raise. I have made several purchases since spread out between 2021-2024, and have never made a £20k purchase at any point. So this " holding for 6 years " business as though I bought the lot in 2019 is a figment of someone's fertile imagination. I have drip fed amounts in spanning 6 years.

It also finally explains the weird picture with the handwritten note I received in my email, talking about " throwing another £20K " at MATD. I can laugh about that now as well.....

Proquo ; yes, its' all a bit sad. He's been raging ever since I pointed out his involvement with, and his posts about, those two other companies.

I'm currently just writing to LSE about something else that happened on Friday evening. It's obvious that a few came on this board after an evening of heavy drinking. This time though, I'm not just going to communicate with Louise, as I think that she's some kind of manager who always tells me that she's passing things on to the moderation team. It seems that LSE is based in Southend- On- Sea, and I have the name now of the person who seems to be the current director of the company. It's him that I want to get in touch with.
