Re KoolKat and his frequent references to me being " rude and nasty. "

In fact, KoolKat came on the board lecturing me with the following comment ;

I then checked his previous posts in relation to two other companies he had seemingly bought shares in, and found that they had both done extremely badly, and that he had complained bitterly about both of them in several posts.

I pointed this out to him, and he then went into what I think they term " a narcissistic rage " which he seems to have been in ever since. He also made an expletive filled, and abusive post late on Friday evening, after I presume he had been drinking.

TT and Bauchsapt ; I have filtered lots of trolls for many months. And I have asked others repeatedly to do the same.

Having twice unfiltered two of the main ones on here very briefly in order to check whether there is material I should take a screenshot of, I have found that for weeks on end they had been immediately replying to most of my posts with sneering put downs. They never filter me seemingly.

And then I get several unsolicited emails which I had consistently ignored, until that person faked being a fellow investor in order to illicit a response from me.

For the record, people were invited to post an email address by another user at the time, who wanted to share some news about ACWA Power, but didn't want people with negative views to know about it. 5 or 6 users on here gave out their email addresses at the time. None of those people gave permission for any unsolicited emails from other people.

And it was also necessary for a personal email address to be used in order to share screenshots which some had gathered over many months. Without a private chat facility on here, there was no other way to do it. I explained all this to the owner of the site, and she helpfully made sure that the post with my email displayed was deleted on this site. She asked me if I wanted this to be done in her response to my email, and of course I said yes.

Thanks. Yes, I am looking at options at the moment. Reporting it to the police is not out of the question - especially as the individual who posted my name on here has now proven that it was him who used that bogus name and temporary account in the last unsolicited email. Plus the weird picture he sent me with a handwritten note on a table somewhere. It is weird stalking behaviour, and clear harassment.

Bauchsapt ; I filtered them all many months ago, however then you get people like " KoolKat " suddenly appearing. You try to debate with them for a few posts, and then they typically turn nasty. So then you filter them as well. I unfiltered one or two of them last night and this morning so as to record one or two screenshots based on what others had flagged up in their responses last night.

And then you get unsolicited emails to a personal email account, including someone who got no response from me after several emails, so he then decided to create a temporary email account under a false name so as to pretend to be a friendly fellow investor. This after he had been already warned about harassment. Posting my name on here last night proves who it was who sent this latest unsolicited email.

Doc83; before I filter you again ( it was a nice peaceful time when you were filtered ) whether you are 198 or not isn't so important right now.

What is important is that recently someone sent me 6 or 7 screenshots in which you wished cancer on various people. MATD and Mike Buck now have those screenshots, which no doubt triggered his comment in the presentation about " online harassment and abuse which is horrific. " He will have read them all, and as you heard in the presentation they are currently talking to their advisors about this and will act accordingly.

KoolKat ; I've unfiltered you temporarily, as I'm monitoring what various people are posting at the moment, and taking screenshots.

I've read through all the posts I have made replying to you, and they are far from abusive. In fact I objected to you wishing the share price lower so that as a trader you could get a better entry position. All LTHs would no doubt agree with that.

I also called you out for claiming to be a highly successful trader, when in fact your posting history in relation to the two other company boards you have posted on seems to contradict this claim. Both of those companies seem to have price action which has severely tanked, and you complained bitterly about both companies on their boards. Hardly the stuff of a successful trader is it ?

If you want to talk about real " abusive comments " however, then what about this peach that you posted at 23.11 last night. Had you been drinking ?

I've taken a screenshot, and this will go to the owner of this site ( who I have corresponded with before ) and also to MATD and Mike Buck, as yet another example of the abuse suffered on here by LTHs, which is something that Mike Buck referred to in the presentation. The company is talking with their advisors about this matter, and you have now provided more useful material. Thanks for that.

I unfiltered " doc83" so that I could check who is saying what.

I think the fact that " doc 83" was busy looking up on AI or whatever he used to check the implications of doxxing, and posted the answer at 07.16 this morning, would strongly indicate that he and this 198 individual are one and the same person. It was obviously heavily on his mind to be doing this kind of thing so early on a Saturday morning ..

And it also proves that the unsolicited email which I received from someone using a temp email under a bogus name and pretending to be a fellow investor was - as I suspected - the 198 individual. This confirms it. I had ignored his previous unsolicited emails, and I had him filtered on here, so he decided to trick me instead by pretending to be someone else.

I've taken a screen shot TBT. I will send an email to the owner tomorrow.

I will also be contacting MATD again.

I also intend now to have a talk with my solicitor about what is clear harassment.

Since the end of the last financial year ended on 31/12/24 several significant things have happened ;

1) In the latest financial year payments have for the first time been received from PC, with around 850k still owing. So if this sum ( plus however much it has gone up by 31/12) still hasn't been paid by the end of the financial year it will show in the end of year accounts as a debt still owing, All this strengthens the balance sheet.

2) Further fixed assets in terms of the value of infrastructure at the sites etc will have been added to the company's balance sheet - for example Gazelle, the electrification of H1 etc. This strengthens the balance sheet. Presumably some fixed assets from Sunsteppe's activities can also be added to the balance sheet as well by now. If not, then they will appear in future accounts.

3) The company's operating costs have been trimmed so as to make the profit received from H1 cover these costs. These included major salary cuts. The electrification of H1 will further reduce these operating costs.

4) A second well, Gazelle, has come online in this financial year, and is generating profit for around 200bpd. Around 3 month's worth of profit generated in this financial year will either partly appear in this year's accounts, or in the next accounts. This strengthens the balance sheet.

So therefore it's highly disingenuous to point to the last published accounts in order to claim that the company is currently a loss making company. The market is forward looking, and the main thing is that previous accounts show no creditors. We are interested in the here and now.

Given that the company has financed itself to date via capital raises, it would only be liabilities to any creditors that would now matter from previous financial years. And there are no creditors for more than one year - if there are any creditors for less than one year showing in the accounts, then it will be referring to any tax due to the government., as in accountancy terms this shows as a debt due to a creditor.

Therefore, without any creditors, previous financial year losses will only matter in terms of any possible future dividend payments, as these cannot be legally paid until the accumulated losses from all the previous financial years have been exceeded by accumulated net profits.

Re whether the company is profitable or not, it would help if people defined what time period they are talking about. That KoolKat claimed that the company is unprofitable, based very likely on the last financial year's accounts ending at the end of last December.

Most however are concerned with whether the company is profitable right now, given that since the end of the last financial year we have had another well come online, and given that we were told by MB that since the end of the last financial year the costs of running the company have been trimmed tso as to fit with how much profit H1 is making.

MB clearly stated in the presentation that the company is now generating free cash, so those contradicting this statement are basically calling him a liar. MB was clearly referring to the here and now, and not the results of the last financial year. If the company has no liabilities showing on its balance sheet then losses in previous financial years are now of little consequence, except if it ever came to paying out dividends. The company has done capital raises - it has not gone to creditors for funding.

That's the total oil required isn't it ? Not the shortfall on existing production that needs to be met.

IMO it simply wouldn't happen fast enough to keep the MG happy as regards the upcoming needs of the refinery.

We have some free cash flow right now, as of two months ago, however presumably funds are still being funneled towards the renewables side. Then there's the success rate with drilling to consider - PC's has been about 60% in blocks 19 and 21 I believe. $1.5 per drill soon adds up if you have a 60% success rate.

And then you have the timescales to consider. Jerry talked about this, and how they have to submit budget projections at the start of each year, which take a month or two to be approved. Presumably you can't do this until you know what funds are available to you for a drilling season ?

So for me, it has to be a farm-out or a buyout. Otherwise the company would have to wait until something eventually comes in from say the 200 MW project. I just can't see the MG being happy with us working to our own timescales though.

Re going it alone. I'm not keen if the drilling costs $1.5m. You can't assume that every well will hit the mark. If on the other hand we received a few million from the renewables and then purchased our own rig, then it may be different. Plus ideally we need someone who can push forward the lateral drilling.

Re the likes of KoolKat and KevinRound. I'm afraid you simply have far more traders attracted to aim microcaps due to their volatility than you would get with more stable price action main market companies. Just look at a 10 year chart for MATD, and you see price action which is a dream for traders. So when traders turn up on a board like this one, it's like mixing oil and water between traders and any LTHs.

People are perfectly entitled to trade, however the issue is that some traders come onto boards like this one with a bit of an arrogant attitude, and are often totally insensitive towards the feelings of the LTHs. So bad feeling ensues. Plus they sometimes can be quite hubristic - exaggerating their achievements and competence. That KoolKat yesterday was a classic example - claiming that trading spikes " had served me well " when in fact a quick check of his previous posts revealed that had been a a LTH of one company, and had complained just a couple of months ago that he had missed out through not top slicing price spikes as others had done. Plus he had another recent disaster with another company, which it doesn't sound like he traded.. Or KevinRound stating in a post that he had lost money trading in his first three years.

Except when he was a LTH of QBT, publicly ruing in late August him not top slicing the spikes.

Yet you only have to read what he posted on other boards to realise that he has just come out of disasters with CPAI and QBT. And after boasting about his ace technique for trading spikes, he bitterly complained on the QBT board on 26/08/25 ;

" You say that Awl007, but you were smart enough to top slice on the last two spikes. Well done you. The problem you, and I have, and other LTH's is, will there be another spike before the end of the summer or indeed year? I don't think so, but hoping I am wrong. "

So in fact he was a LTH QBT investor, who as late as this August publicly rued at least not top slicing any QBT price spikes , but now 3 months later he's seemingly morphed into a highly successful trader specialising in trading microcap price spikes, and can therefore afford to lecture any MATD LTHs....lol
