Dozza; sounds like the company are consulting their lawyers about the issue. Those comments are the bottom of the last OPP RNS are what companies need to be doing about this problem.

Genuine investors in MATD have been taunted, have had mortal diseases wished upon them, have had deceased relatives mocked etc etc. MB has had numerous defamatory and ageist insults made towards him by one or two on here.

That Joey Barton case the other day shows what the criminal legal situation is in relation to this kind of thing, never mind the civil law side in terms of defamation.

Read what PPP said about this type of thing at the bottom of their last RNS - they are going to pursue the people who make pursue a campaign of making derogatory and defamatory comments about the company and its personnel. Most of the screenshots that I sent were pretty shocking.

Can't see MB doing an investor presentation 9 days before Xmas if it isn't extremely positive for investors.

Tt1981 ; those who hold shares are entitled to share opinions and info about the company etc.

If you look at most other boards for micro caps you will see others doing the same - do what are you talking about ?

And if you don't hold shares then frankly it's non of your business. Anyway, why are you on here frequently moaning ?

Proquo ; also the new government which has been in power for just over a year now is much more helpful and cooperative, as stated by MB.

No doubt that's why we got the 25 year Special Purpose designation granted earlier in the year, plus three years extra inserted to make up for the time lost thanks to that dodgy governor.

Kr1988 ; if you can afford to get one but to let up and running then you will be able to secure finance for the next one.

Trying to do hundreds of small trades on aim especially will probably end badly. With that Met1 trade I did to make 2.5k had I held it a few weeks longer I would have been 69 or 70 % down. It's a dangerous game to play - at the very least I would look for stocks with decent volatility on the main market only. And if you can t read charts then forget it - traders generally rely heavily in TA.

Kr1988; imo instead of spending hours posting on boards like this one in the hope of being successful with hundreds of micro trades ( with the odds stacked against you statistically )you would be better off trying to get into the buy to let market. You can pick up a 25k student studio in Liverpool for 25k or so if you can't start any bigger...
