and if you bother to look at a 10 year chart you will notice that the share price has often retreated to around to this kind of level in the past. especially over the winter **** down period. it has also rebounded sharply to at least around 5p in every year to date - even the covid years. presumably this year will be the one exception ?

Proquo ; yes, their attitude has totally shifted now. Look at how they swept away the need for planning permission for the surface infrastructure. Doc was groaning about how that would hold things up at the time....

The exploitation licence took a long time - we got it.

The local land access took a long time - we got it.

The special purpose status took a long time - we got it.

Spot a pattern ? Bear in mind that Doc thought that the local access would never happen - ever the cynic.

Greyw ; I wouldn't have said that buying THX in June 21 @ 21.5p was a great success either, given that they are now 21.69p.

The share price ( like Matd's ) has bounced around all over the place in that time....so I'm not sure what you are crowing about.

Greyw ; I have mentioned on here several times that I have made a mistake not to dip in and out based on charts and price action. There is such a thing as learning from experience. Micro caps don't behave like large caps.

Back in May 2023 I was 25K up in paper profit, but unfortunately didn't take it. Live and learn. There was no land access consent in place back then of course.

Takeiteasy ; I am well aware of possible risks. And I am also well aware relatively speaking of how those risks stack up compared the risk factor in each of the 5 years that I have held shares. And believe you me the risks now are far less compared to what they were prior to the land access and tripartite agreements being signed.

And maybe consider the covid years of 2020 and 2021. Borders shut, no land access granted and absolutely nothing happening at Heron - just the risk of what little money the company had at the time being rapidly eroded away.

There is a post from someone on the LSE Truspilot made in 2020 in which he complained bitterly about MATD ' rampers ' talking up a company which he said was clearly about to go bust. Well, last time I looked MATD is still operating....

From what I remember the fund stated themselves what they did back in 2023 - it was the same fund that everyone was obsessing about at the end of last year with all the talk of them selling due to redemptions. I forget the name.

We know that a fund bought shares on a placing in 2023 at 2.5p and then sold most of them around the peak of 7p a few weeks later.....

That's why if a raise is necessary then I want Petrovis to properly back their subsidiary company. Hopefully a raise might not be needed however.

Or even at the current open market price Hamm. No reason why not - it's still very low compared to historical averages.

Institutions will only buy in on a raise and want huge discounts in return for their financial muscle.

Hamm ; I am hoping that Petrovis will simply take on a bigger share of the company, with their shares being purchased at more or less at the current open market price. Thus way Petrovis average down on their existing shares and would be buying at a historical low. If they bought a large no if shares on the open market then they would move the share price against them anyway - so this would be a win win.

And they won't dump their shares in a few months like an institution would do. They are the parent company, so they need to fully back their subsidiary. Eventually they will very likely get a huge uplift on their investment.

I agree though that it's all doom and gloom - I mean, the borders are shut., we are burning cash with no income in sight and we still don't have the local access permission or the tripartite agreement signed. And we have no idea whether the company will ever go from being an explorer to being a producer...that depends entirely on the obstructive authorities.

How little some people have studied the price action of this company - too intellectually taxing for some it seems...

Even in the COVID year with the borders shut, the company burning up what little cash it had and with no legal access to Heron in place the share price rose from it's low of 2.5p to 4.7pin spring or summer.

Hamm : stop panicking. The share price has started at around this position many times in the past. It's almost the default position that the price action reverts to year in year out before it moves up in spring and summer. Do you ever study the price action of say a 10 year chart ?

And ' professional ' posted just as obsessively as adw, and was just as obnoxious. I remember that he claimed to be Dutch, and was just as sarcastic on the subject of historical price action and charts as adw is.

Takeiteasy by the way has exactly the same pompous and superior manner as Adw. It's probably the same individual. The same kind of taunts directed at people who might be underwater as well.

Takeiteasy - briefly, before I filter you:; I am a genuine LTH who started buying shares back in 2019. I will post as many times as I like therefore on the board relating to the company which I am invested in.

Margaritas : I'm not convinced that they are being paid. It may just be about trollish psychology, in which case the two big attractions are being the centre of attention,and getting a kick over making people feel bad and causing them discomfort. When the share price sits at a low it gives them the right ammunition for this trollish behaviour.
