Ross Cameron ? Well he's made $1m in 51 days scalp trading micro caps as of a month ago. A lot more than that by now no doubt. He's not a guru - just a bloody good day trader, who really understands how the price action of micro caps works. Not easy to do by any means what he does, but he's a winner, whereas many on here have held the shares for years and haven't made a penny yet. I live in hope though.

I wonder how much WOS has made on his MATD investment so far in return for him devoting hundreds/ thousands of hours on this board day and night over several years ?

Thornogson ; MB simply denied that he is WOS - however any sane person never thought that anyway...

Ask yourself some questions about this WOS character ;

1) How does he earn a living given that he is on this board day and night in whatever time zone he lives in. Is he retired or just very wealthy, or both ?

2) Why did he vanish for about a month from this board straight after the last raise in June last year ?

3) Why has he been talking about ' accumulating ' most weeks/months for years now, yet seemingly only holds 2m shares ( if what he said about that is to be believed )

4) Why was he caught a while back posting on one or two other boards in which his pigeon English miraculously seemed to have corrected itself ?

If anybody seriously thinks that posting several comments on a board like this, concerning a company with several million quid's worth of daily buying volume will have any material affect on the share price, then it just shows how out of touch with reality they really are. Do they really think that all that buying volume was influenced by comments on a board like LSE? It's laughable. Even the tiny volumes for MATD are not being influenced by investor boards, never mind those companies with far far higher volume levels.

Maybe that's why this person posts dozens of times on here for years on end in the great delusion that somehow they will impact favourably on the share price. That person also has no idea that swing trading is just as valid as any long term investing. It's just that he has no idea what swing trading is, so makes it sound like it's some kind of illegal activity. LOL.

Earnings yet *

Thornogson ; I was getting a lot of flak from you know who ( I wont mention his name ever again ) yesterday for mentioning Met1, yet it's fascinating to watch how it unfolds with a resource company that is less than 2 years old, but has recently had buying volume of several million quid a day. And yes, it has no earn yet, and it needs raises to fund its activities and to keep the lights on. In other words it's like where MATD was a year or so ago prior to the land access consent. Yet the interest and volume is massively more.

It does make you question MATD'S PR and overall communication efforts. Perhaps too people just feel safer with a company doing activities in say Finland and Norway than they do in somewhere like Mongolia - especially given the long history of MATD being sabotaged by Mongolian bureaucracy.

Wigster ; some people just don't seem to get that volume is the most important factor of all. You can have all the fundamentals that you want, but it needs buying volume ( in other words buyer interest ) to really lift the share price. Otherwise you are left with nothing much more than a bit of MM bid/ask price manipulation.

An mcap of 720m from where we are now before the end of this year would be a bit of a miracle really. I certainly wouldn't call it ' highly realistic."

The-Lockie ; you are in the same boat as me then. So yes, I want a buyout ideally, and then move on. If it's a JV, and I might be tempted to get out on a resultant spike.

I'm a bit concerned at how little volume there is with MATD - it's like the longer a company goes on without much to show for its efforts then the more cynical people become and the least interest there is. That other resource company ( cough ) mentioned recently on here has only been going for just under 2 years, but has already has vastly bigger daily volume levels.

Where on earth does Hamm get his 50p from ? At least show how that figure has been calculated to arrive at an mcap of around 720m....Otherwise we could just as easily say that 80p or 90p is realistic. Hamm thought the share price would be about 40p at the end of last year.

WOS by the way first came on this board with his usual bull in a china shop manner, declaring that MET1 is a hopeless share because in his words ; ' its spread is 21 %...'

Turns out that he was looking at the LSE bid/ask before the market had opened, when the prices stated are a nonsense.....That was so funny. He's been in a bad mood ever since this humiliation !

WOS reported again -a pain on both the MATD board, and now on this one.

He seems to spend his entire ' working life ' ( cough ) uber pumping MATD all day and night. Not sure how he earns a living if he isn't retired or just wealthy. I'm favourable towards MATD, but his posts are just embarrassing - if anything it would put most people off the share.

The guy I debated with didn't want to know by the way - he said that he bought after the consolidation so why should he think about the split....

He was trying to make out that MATD is uninvestable because of MATD having a much higher float of 1.4b. I pointed out that this is a ridiculous comparison because of the split, and his response was to say that I was talking rubbish....If it was the other way around with MATD doing a 10-1 then its float would be 140m and MET1's about 900m....

I'm a LTH holder in MATD by the way, and so far a swing trader in Met1. I don't care who knows or doesn't know - it wont affect the share price of either.

This WOS person is a pest on different boards I'm sorry to say.

I actually had a debate with someone on the MATD board about MET1, and pointed out that MET1 doesn't have any earnings yet, and that the low float is a result of the split. However it does have a lot of volume at the moment, which MATD most definitely doesn't right now.

If this WOS thinks that a few posts on a board will have some kind of impact on a share which currently has several million quid of daily buying volume, then it shows you how realistic the guy is. He's been uber ramping MATD every day for years now by the way.

There's no secret - I'm swing trading this share for now, and up to the time that MATD became a producer that would have been the best approach with that share too, given that it in each of the last few years its typically had a volatility between the high and the low of 100 to 400%. Resource stocks are speculative and volatile until they have a decent and consistent income stream.

I know some people don't understand why comparisons are important, but Met1 has had a buying volume of £600k so far today, whereas MATD has had none.

In fact it is an interesting direct comparison - they have no income so far, but have just raised £13m. They also have assets under the ground of around $2 billion but need the time and funding to extract the assets. So there are many similarities, but MATD at least is for the moment ahead in terms of having an income stream.

And their volume levels show that there is plenty of money ready to be put into the right AIM resource companies if that company catches investor interest.

Proquo ; I think that an RNS stating an offer has been made could ignite the buying volume.

Current buying volume levels of 5k to 30K a day wont move the share price.

Volume levels will determine where the share price goes A big surge in buying volume and the share price surges. Simples.

We need interest as reflected in the buying volume.

And they have £13m to fund operations now.
