I would like to see plenty of daylight between the share price and that technical resistance area of around 2.4p. If it can convincingly clear it then it then there may be blue sky before the next resistance level at around 5p.

I suspect that there's a lot of algo driven technical trading going on, and the resistance levels trigger waves of selling. 60 to 70% of city trading is algo driven.

I can't imagine that both MB and Petrovis were too happy at one point over winter when it hit 1.2p. Huge paper losses.

No wonder they made a decision to avoid another raise.

Proquo : there's self interest at play here as well. Didn't somebody say that MB has about 13m shares at around a 2.8p average? He would be diluting his own considerable holding as well.

An then there's Petrovis to consider - would they want their even larger holding to be diluted ? If they say no more raises then he's not going to overrule them.

If this Doc person really believes that a raise is imminent, and his average is about 2p( I think he said ) then logic would dictate that he should be selling now, and then waiting in anticipation for the placing.

Of course his words and his actions are probably two separate things.....

Hopefully the retrace was Doc, BP et al exiting....

RG27 : I do agree that what MB did on that last raise was sneaky, and misleading. It's the one thing I hold against him.

He clearly said they were fully funded in order to support the share price at around 5p, and then did the raise with the huge discount so and to make it attractive to the city people. They won't buy large amounts of shares on the open market. I did lose a bit of confidence in his integrity at that point I have to say, and remain a bit guarded as a result.

Doc and BP's break even point seem very similar. Go figure....

Hopefully we will be rid of both of them when that happens.

So a company whose shares you will very likely make a decent profit on in the end - yet all you can do is s**g it off, and mock and taunt fellow shareholders.
