I see Motley Fool have been fooling around again -

Sooooo..

Zaven Boyrazian, CFA, yesterday, wrote a piece on motley Fool entitled ‘Could Rolls-Royce shares surge by another 100% in 2026?’ Where- in she wibbles on about RR and concludes , and I quote by the powers of copy and paste-

‘I think investors seeking a 100% return next year will need to consider looking elsewhere’

Well perhaps she might want to discuss this with her colleague at Motley Fool - John Fieldsend, who yesterday published an article entitled ‘Here’s how Rolls-Royce shares could hit £25 in 2026’.

Where in he wibbles on about RR and concludes ‘Overall? A £25 target is a lofty goal and higher than any analyst is predicting, but there’s plenty to like here. I’d call the stock one to consider.’

I sense a factored contorted relationship between the pair the likes that we haven’t seen since the days of the late 80s sitcom ‘Moonlighting’ with Bruce Willis and Ceyrl Shepard. ;)

Reading these posts - its like the closing scenes of a movie where in a group of young lads pass out of school / college / uni and venture on in life to go their separate ways, having spent 5 years together going throw the pains and experiences of growing up. The shared memories , the tussels and fights, the laughter and final graduation.

There were endless conversations on here , back in 2020,2021 - people trying to argue that AIG was going to out perform RR. The young lads who stayed the course and courage to ignore distraction have grown older and wiser and their pockets bulging with their reward for focus and steadfastness .

Rolls Royce will be a part of their life which they will share with their off spring for years to come. Their grand children will hear the story of covid and how grand par had the fore sight to bet everything on RR. While history will remember those dark times as a year of loss – either in a personal sense of a loved one, or year when life was put on pause, The RR gang will also wear a small smile – remembering how it set them up for the most momentous opportunity in life – a sweat ending to a strange time in World history

@Phuketpunter. evening fella. I couldnt sleep - been in bed 4 hours and strugglely to nod off - so thought I'd check the price out LOL. not a bad start/ . might get some shut eye now LOL good liuck

I know what you mean,,,, Ive thought for a while that its just back to behaving like normal stock,, and its only those new buy backs that seem to be pushing it up again - Words that shouldnt write on here - not positive , but cant help gut feeling . I also fear SMRs are gonna be expensive.

Its seem Eerily quiet on here today - concidering we're straight back in it tomorrow.
