RE: EGM Requisition28 Jun 2023 21:34
An intention to return some of the proceeds was communicated before Hammi's allegations surfaced. And allegations is all they are right now. Where is the concrete evidence? It is far too early, given that the settlement was only in February, to consider removing the board (and Nigel Pickett, God forbid). We do not know the nature of the confidential aspects of the settlement. In terms of our future prospects, the settlement may very well have been the right decision. But that is of no concern to Hammi. He was in for the quick return from the litigation. He is now effectively wanting a quick return from the sale of the company's assets. Who are his backers in this endeavour? Who really wants control of the company? The technology is utterly exceptional. Pioneering. Particularly wrt 2D materials.
Beware the asset stripper and HIS pursuit for HIS short-term gain.
