The monies from the settlement and the IP validation therein, will enable the company to accelerate and advance the organic business now, particularly in the area of sensing and electronics. I appreciate that nothing is guaranteed and there are risks abound. But given Nanoco's relatively robust position and with near-term production on the horizon, let's see what transpires.

The Board is not beyond criticism and need to rebuild trust. However, given the above vs the proposal set out by Tariq Hamoodi et al to close down and sell off the production facility, and their self-professed unclear knowledge of the technology and its applications, I think I'll stick with the current Board and its scientists.
