Recall, in the process the defendants were judged to have engaged in MISCONDUCT that was EXTREME:

So a PROVEN LIAR, sanctioned accordingly:

The court ultimately issued a judgement against Mr Moeller and the other defendants earlier this year. On 1 March 2023, the court ordered Mr Moeller, including his companies BIA and Growthworks, to pay Red Wolf a total of USD 1.4 million in settlement over the course of 26 years. Mr Moeller and his businesses were also barred from operating any electricity trading activity for one year, but were barred for three years in California.

CONVICTED proposed director? Loan-note arrangement? Why did you lie to PIs Tariq?

What's remarkable is the silence re the CONVICTED proposed director. And the fact that two-faced Tariq supported the loan note arrangement and congratulated the company, but then tried to hoodwink PIs regarding it.

And the biggest irony, he has made allegations of wrongdoing by the board, yet proposes to install as a director someone that has actually been CONVICTED of it.

Nope. If directors have engaged in wrongdoing they should go. So Tariq should PROVE IT in a court of law. But he won't. Instead he wants to take over the comapny on the basis of spurious allegations and mistruths and a shoddy business plan.

Tariq has made numerous allegations of wrongdoing by the Board. So, Mr litigation specialist..... litigate then.

I want Tariq to initiate legal proceedings if he is so confident of his case. Do it Tariq.
