By that logic, Tariq, you must have witness testimony or other evidence of, for example, specific insider information being relayed by the company and then acted upon by the recipients?
The very fact you are making such generic arguments strongly suggests that you do not.
Instead, what you are engaging in is the insinuation of wrongdoing. You are propagating a CONTRIVED narrative based on SELECTIVE circumstantial information. Call it proof all you want .... it is not.
Similarly, in order to further undermine the Board and thereby enhance your attempt to takeover the company, you sought to wilfully mislead private investors with regard to the loan-note arrangement. You CONTRIVED and propagated a negative assessment, only for it to transpire that you were in fact very supportive of the arrangement and congratulated the board for achieving it.
