Instead, what you are engaging in is the insinuation of wrongdoing. You are propagating a CONTRIVED narrative based on SELECTIVE circumstantial information. Call it proof all you want .... it is not.

Similarly, in order to further undermine the Board and thereby enhance your attempt to takeover the company, you sought to wilfully mislead private investors with regard to the loan-note arrangement.
