It seems really obvious that they are trying to avoid releasing these figures until the last possible moment, in the hope that they get a bit of positive news before then, under which they can hide them.

If no positive news is forthcoming, it wouldn't surprise me if the interims are delayed further. What would happen if they weren't published on time? Eff all.

The 12m loss to 31/12/19 has to be £5.5m to £6.5m (IMO).

You might not read Twitter (neither do I) but you do read this BB and the Twitter link was made at the time.

It's not only the lack of discussion around the finances, it's the ridiculous idea that the leaders of all of these countries would put their trust in a company like Cyan.

I find it funny how some on this BB will talk about Cyan (a £4m company) covering the whole world under its 'IoT network canopy' until the cows come home but have nothing to say about the company's worse than dire financial position.

Now that February's salaries have been paid, the cash at bank must be down to the hundreds of thousands, say £400K-£500K but India, Bangladesh, Thailand etc etc are all relying on Cyan to sort out their national energy problems. It's all complete claptrap.

I'm really looking forward to the day when the truth is finally flushed out (not far away now) and the BoD have no alternative but to make their apologies (not excuses) to shareholders.

If there was a whiff of a chance of Cyan being involved in anything substantial in India, it would have been snapped up by another company by now. After all, Cyan is only valued at £4m and even that value continues to drop.

How secure is the relationship with Genus? Perhaps Genus only offered that statement of support (LoC facility) in an attempt to help the Cyan sort its finances out but the SP didn't rise enough for them to pull a placing off.

The problems are stacking up.

I haven't got a clue whether or not EDF were present or not. I do know that they are not a desperate business running on fumes begging for something to be thrown their way.

To be honest, I'm amazed Cyan is still going. Cash must be very very tight (IMO).

I don't get the impression that EDF need to go around the world begging for crumbs like some.
