accounts). All such reports must be notified without delay and in any event not later than three months after the end of the relevant period.

Whether or not you like the idea, the company's financial performance from 01/07/2019 to 31/12/2019 is going to be flushed out and there should be no avoiding it.

Not at all interested in JC or Anil. Let's just see the accounts and work one or two things out ourselves I suggest.

IMO, what the BoD says should be totally ignored. The only reliable information that you get for this company are the six monthly accounts.

The BoD were out by 33% (the wrong way - obviously) in their revenue prediction for Y/E 2018.

My guess is that their 2019 prediction of £7m revenue is going to be out by 75% - 80% (i.e. revenue of £1.5m - £2m for the year).

Funny how they had the same revenue target the previous year (Y/E 31/12/2018) and missed it by a country mile. What is it with this £7m figure?

"The bonus was to be paid in shares based on revenue of £7 million being achieved for the calendar year ending 31
December 2018. This revenue was not achieved and the bonus was not paid." (from the Annual Report).

So, are you saying that you are expecting revenue for the Y/E 31/12/2019 to be £5m'ish?

I think that JC's original prediction was that the 12 months revenue figure was going to be £7m. We now know that this figure is not going to be achieved because JC has said so.

We know that, for the first 6 months, the revenue figure was £1m. Therefore, they're looking at a revenue figure of somewhere between £1m and £6m for the year.

What's your guess?

You try to make 'averaging down' sound like the intelligent thing to do when, in fact, it is far from it. Call it what it is i.e. chasing losses. Here's some advice on chasing losses:-

IMO, Cyan is nothing but a punt, which is probably going to lose most people their money.

IMO, if people are looking for some AIM exposure, they could try forgetting Cyan and read up on AIM VCTs instead. Income tax payers can give themselves an instant 30% safety net when investing and the VCT spreads the risk by investing in a few companies instead of just the one ****e one.

Didn't see the immediate repurchase but who gives a fig.

I enjoyed this paragraph from Heffernan's book:-
