I'm just saying that's what it looks like to me.

Perhaps it's someone sticking theirs in an ISA before Friday's deadline for 19/20 (i.e. selling & buying simultaneously).

I really enjoyed Margaret Heffernan's 'Wilful Blindness' and have now started her 'Uncharted' in which she talks about 'addiction prediction' and 'false profits'. It's a good read so far.

As a result of reading 'Uncharted' and realising how ridiculous forecasting/predicting is, I am retiring from Cyanworld and BBs in general.

I hope that Cyan does well because a lot of people work there and need it to succeed.

I suppose shareholders are going to be fed a few more of these gems before next Tuesday.

As has been said many times before, buying is the very easy bit, selling at a profit a fair bit harder. Mr or Mrs £13K is £1,200 down already and that's if he/she could actually find a buyer for that many shares. Good luck to them though all the same.

£175K covers less than 2 weeks of costs and the order is from one of Cyan's largest shareholder's companies. Desperate stuff.

Now let's see the accounts for P/E 31/12/19, please.

SMS' CEO says:-

If it is still in fact the case, I can't imagine that his thoughts are very much on Cyan at the moment.

I hope this doesn't prove to be as bad as it sounds:-

...yesterday announced with its final results to 31/12/2019 that they are now paying dividends (not from trading, from the sale of £300M of assets).

I wonder when Cyan will be in a position to do the same. Could be a while with the small hurdle of £65M of losses to clear first. Can't see them getting £300M from the sale of their PC's, desks and chairs.

I'm not sure about that. I think that it's very much going to be back to our basic necessities for the foreseeable. Food producers and the businesses that support them to do well as we plunge into recession. Governments are going to have to give people cash in an attempt to keep the system going IMO.

After 17 years of trying to break into the Indian market, this is where they've got to. Perhaps the next attempted Cyan fundraise will be to buyout a GPRS company.

The BoD have implied for the last two years (Y/E 31/12/18 and 31/12/19) that revenue was going to be £7m in each year. They missed by a mile in 2018 and we'll find out how close they've got to £7m during 2019 in two weeks or so.

What the BoD have to say about what's just around the corner is irrelevant and totally unreliable. The accounts will give potential investors all the information that they need to make their minds up.
