es, strand hanson, cronin & pea**** are probably planning to coordinate a simultaneous offer and fy26 profit warning to frighten pis into agreeing to sell.

i'm afraid the only hope of stopping this scam is to get the shares suspended.

If they only wanted the lot, they wouldn't have crowbarred in that extra clause.

the market expectation for y/e 31/03/2025 was revenue of £32m.

the revenue was actually £14m (i.e. £18m short).

when did she let cronin or strand hanson know that the market expectation was not going to be hit?

when was the market informed?

They are saying 75% have to approve offer, but that's not true.

IMO, the major shareholders have been brought in recently to finish off the PIs.

imo, people have made the mistake of thinking that cronin and pea**** have been working for cyan for the last 12 months. the way i see it is that cyan might have been paying the salaries, but they have in fact been working for es.

the goa contract might appear to be cyan's, but it's actually es's. cyan shareholders were never going to benefit from it.

this 10p deal allows all major shareholders to walk away unscathed, one with a £1m quick profit.

On the other channel, MB asks what happens is ES don't make an offer.

They will make an offer and it will go through at 10p or less.

The only way to stop it is if the shares are suspended. People need to realise this and make as much noise as possible to try and make it happen.

imo, cronin, pea**** & sh are so deep in the proverbial that they can't escape. they are attempting to sell quickly in an attempt to get off the hook, but they can't, it's too late. people know what they are trying to do and also know what they'll do next if things don't move fast enough.

if i was one of the 5%'ers recently brought in to get to the magic 50% + 1, i would start worrying too. your quick & easy £1m profit scheme might not materialise as planned.

axia won't get their money out as hoped either.

you all need to stop digging. it's not going to help.

lying, blackmailing and turning a blind eye when you are responsible for policing a listed company have no place in business. sometimes, as cronin has said in the recent past, you need to hold your hands up.

before i apply the nuclear option, esyasoft have the opportunity to do the right thing i.e. make a fair, binding offer for cyanconnode or walk.

£37.m is not a fair price.

imo, a fair price is somewhere between £150m and £300m (i.e. between 1x & 2x cyan's order book).

if the nuclear option is applied, everyone will lose, not only the pis.

to give esyasoft a clue , it's all about the misleading fy25 forecast and always has been.

so that we can all move on, i think a fair binding offer or a decision to walk away can be made by 4:30pm tomorrow.

I have to laugh at people like NTG on the other channel saying that people on this channel had unrealistic expectations for the SP.

Back in 2012/2013, Cronin was crowing about Cyan being a £200M company - that's 55p per share.

As I have said before, John Cronin lives 8 miles away from Albert E Sharp in Warwickshire. Albert E Sharp seem to provide the investors (e.g. Trezise and others)

For those of you who are not familiar with the role of the Nomad, it is to act as a regulatory bridge, primarily responsible to the London Stock Exchange for ensuring a company is suitable for the AIM market and complies with its rules. While they are hired and paid by the company, their primary duty is to protect market integrity by acting as a gatekeeper.

By now, you should know that Cyan's nomad is Strand Hanson, with James Harris, Richard Johnson & James Dance named as their people dealing with Cyan.

Just a quick look at their backgrounds and you will see that Richard Johnson is a former employee of Albert E Sharp (see above). What a coincidence - what are the chances of that?

Then, when you look at our brokers (Zeus), you can see that one of their guys looking after Cyan is another Johnson (Simon) - not related. A brief look at his background shows that he previously worked for Arden Partners, which was founded by former Albert E Sharp employees. Now, what are the chances of that too?

Just to be crystal clear here, I am not saying that these investors found by Albert E Sharp have been privy to information that say you and I haven't been, I'm simply pointing out the various connections between company, nomad/financial adviser and broker that you might not have been aware of.

Sprung on us or not, Cronin could simply have rejected the 9.75p & 10.44p non-bids but he didn't. He wants it.

How have the 5%'ers been brought in?

Offered shares at 6p - 6.5p'ish with a promise that they'll get out at 10.44p (i.e. a quick 60% profit).

That's OK if you're investing say £1.3M (20M shares) for a few months and making £800K quickly (guaranteed). Even these wealthy guys couldn't resist that.

There appears to be a very cosy group. Would you like me to continue?
