IMO, the only time the SP will rise above 10.44p is post a proper ES bid and if someone believes that there is another interested party.

For once, before it departs AIM, it would be interesting to see what actually happens when people, who want the shares, have to buy them on the open market. I can't remember that ever happening though.

In an ideal world, I would love to see two or three parties fighting over them. Now, that would be a good watch.

On 01/08/2024, Cronin RNS'd that IntelliSmart were considering acquiring a significant stake in CyanConnode's Indian operations.

I would like Cronin to publish how much IntelliSmart valued Cyan's Indian operations as at that time i.e. 12 months before the £70M Goa contract was announced.

I will be writing to the Takeover Panel, FCA and The Aim Regulation team to ask for copies of the emails exchanged between Cronin and IntelliSmart around that time.

As it's not a firm offer, I don't think it matters what the BoD are saying ATM. I'm sure they're as capable of misleading ES as they are of misleading their own shareholders.

I thought that the whole idea of a 'put up or shut up' was to flush out a solid offer within 28 days (i.e. a proper offer or ***k off for 6 months).

How come we don't get either?

What do they need 50+1% or 75%?

Does either route work because every door has been left open for them?

Does Albert E Sharp hold shares in CyanConnode itself or do the 10M shares belong to its clients?

IMO, that £34.5M revenue forecast and failure to hit was designed by the BoD and its advisers.

As I have said before, they knew that they had no chance of hitting those sorts of figures and they also knew what the market reaction would be if they didn't. This is a con that was 2 years in the making. The crashing was deliberate.

The excuses for not hitting the forecasts e.g. elections etc do not hold water.

This is a scam and will be proved to be so.

If you are unhappy with today's RNS and the BoD's behaviour over the last 18 months, report them.

I have reported them to the Takeover Panel, FCA, AIM Regulation Team, HMRC and National Crime Agency. I will now alert the national press.

It's no good saying that these agencies don't do anything, if they don't know, what are they supposed to do?

If you are not happy with Strand Hanson's behaviour during this debacle, report them too.

There are a few shareholders that need investigating too. Why did they take the positions that they did with such confidence when they were working with the same information as us.

Report them. You have nothing to lose.

The market doesn't believe that there's an offer. It wouldn't turn down an offer of an easy 20%.

Might it be because there's nothing actually going on and that this is a screen created to avoid having to make their promised quarterly report.

ES happy to be used in this way for now.

It has been a useful exercise for ES too because it shows them who owns what shares, should they choose to make a bona fide offer at some time in the future.

Nothing substantial will happen on Tuesday is my guess.

Flouting of the various rules is rife here, which is why I have reported Cyan to the policing bodies (for what it's worth).

Doesn't Trezise account for 20,500,000 of them.

Will the BoD ever release some positive news at a time when there isn't a seller?
