I doubt very much it will go to 2p tomorrow. There have been hundreds of millions of 2p warrants exercised already and that, undoubtedly, has helped to push the price down from the highs of more than 50p. But as the share pool has become bigger and bigger the release of hundreds more millions of shares has less of an impact because they are less of a fraction of the total. If the price did go from 5p to 2p you would lose 60© of your holding not 100% (all of it). Also, you lose nothing if you don't sell and the price goes up. I have NO idea what will happen long term or even short term but the RNS messages about the 750 million 2p cash and paid for 2p warrants have been available to read since January. The market tenfs to factor in future known events early so they may have no impact tomorrow. The problem with his share is some very well written articles have been pushing this share, articles that look as if they are from solid financial journals when they are adverts. And small retail investors tend not to make the same in depth professional research inquiries and are taken unawares.

So you may be ok. The price could rise a bit. But the warrants are a bit like the opposite of a company buying back it's own shares to add value for investors. The 2p shares add 2p to the books but the investors, with shares that cost 5p or much more own a smaller slice of the assets. And the assets, according to investors who have done more research than me would appear to be worth a multiple of all the shares out there x2p! Good luck anyway.

The Tories , especially Grant Schaaps issued an injection to stop the public from knowing interesting information. Basically they screwed up with Afghans names accidentally being passed onto the Taliban . Yes it’s those wicked looking men wearing black Turbans and holding a machine . They only believe in violence and women have to be a slave to men . They cannot go to school or hold any meaningful office . Tory politicians with the likes of big ears Sunak , Grant Schapps , Boldy Wallace who was the defence secretary and possibly Robert Jenrick all knew about this cover up . 24,000 Afghans have been secretly coming into the Uk and taking over the social housing stock . At the same time they have been copulating like crazy as they like to have at least 10 kids . Guess who pays for their upkeep ????. Its is the kind British people . At the same time the British people have been treated like second class citizens . We need a general election now !!!

I Purchased 75,000 shares today . Claire Cortinho the shadow energy minister left Milliwonk speechless in the commons yesterday . Milliwonk is running out of excuses and the public are getting fed up with the Net Zero bs . I urge investors with spare cash or any loose change top up as these prices are a bargain .The project will go ahead and when it does these will rocket . Very tightly held stock , get in now before it’s too late .

Aren't the fundamentals like this?

The assets are worth approx 2p a share

They may find something worth having in the ground and can sell the rights to someone with money to mine them/or raise money to mine themselves

Or they might find nothing worth getting out

Or they might run out of cash before getting anything out let alone paying dividends.

I don't know what will happen.

Over 60% of the Cash Warrants have now been exercised generating additional gross proceeds from the Equity Fundraise announced on 31 January 2025 of approximately £6 million to support the Company's portfolio expansion.

Application will be made for the admission of the 116,000,000 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") pursuant to the authorities approved by shareholders at the General Meeting on 25 March 2025. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares and it is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 8 August 2025.

There's still another 300 million to be soaked up by the private investors like you and me as the fiscal big boys in private equity firms hand over their 2p warrants for a 250% (at the moment) profit.

If you want to be part of that please go right on ahead. There is a 6 month deadline on selling the warrants from the date of grant but that is not until Sept (or is it Oct) can't remember what the upshot was of the chat on here.

I did email Investor Relations last week but oddly they haven't replied with the end date!
