Agreed Uranium demand is likely to rise. Met 1 may explore for it and sell the rights or mine it or run out of money. All these things are possible. We just don't know.

I have no idea. And don't listen to anyone who says they know. It went up from .25p months ago to a heady 50p + then down to 7 and up to 27 in a couple of weeks and then down to less than 5. It might soar and it could slump further. They aren't actually mining anything yet. It is a young company but this is AIM and it can be volatile

Not dubious at all. I haven't noticed any glaring need to correct misinformation re my other share holdings.

Facts as Mr Gradgrind says is what I like. You and Laura don't seem to like people posting facts or info from the company itself and when you can't counter facts tend to try to attack the poster. Others pile in possibly because, they own shares and don't want others to be out off from purchasing by people like LTI, Meg and Dusty who try their best to point to the facts.

I have said many times I don't know whether the price will soar or not.

I will let you know when I buy as that will be the time to get out. I quite often get my AIM bets wrong as that is what these are, a gamble. But I will probably wait for the 2p warrants to run through before having a flutter 🙂

You do know Met 1 has paper licences to explore for metals? They don't own the land do they. If it runs out of money as fledgling mining companies can be prone to do what will they able to sell?

There have been much bigger dilutions over the past few weeks than the 35.5 million coming on Monday. But there are 300 million more to come.

Look on it like a share buyback. GSK are currently heading towards the half way point in a 2 billion pound share buy back plan. They announce new tranches of shares being bought every fortnight or so. This reduces the number of shares in circulation which means existing shareholders own a bigger proportion of the company.

With cash warrants new shares are issued - in this case for 2p per share - which means the cake is smaller for existing shareholders. There has been volatility in this share as more people came in, possibly because of misleading ads that looked like solid financial newspaper articles. It went down from 50+ to just under 8 and then rallied to 20+ before a slower decline to under 5. So who knows it could triple in price again soon. Just be aware there are a lot more warrants to come. Good luck

Yes. 35 million more shares will join the pool on Monday meaning the assets of Met1 will be watered down by that number with only 2p being paid for the shares instead of the current share price. Which means a slight increase in the size of the cake (assets) but many more people owning a share of it.

And there are roughly 300 million more of these 2p chares still to come! Dilution

If people were posting falsehoods about TW/ITV/Nvidia/GSK/Lloyds I would be posting.

I have been in Met1 4 times but not currently in. Why this obsession with people posting about a share they don't currently own. We, surely, are the ones who are most likely to point out the facts. How do we know you have any shares? Unlike me you have been shown to only tell part of the story. This morning you posted a tiny chunk of an RNS that suited you. I posted a larger chunk that out it in perspective - many more warrants still to come. And a big chunk on Monday.

It would be helpful if Met1 did make an announcement re warrants outstanding. But 20 minutes a pen and some paper will provide the answer if you look back through the RNS. Good luck long term with your investments. I have nothing against this share rising as long as people aren't fed lies from others.

As for good Samaritans being dead (someone posted this) . I am sorry if you don't come across good, honest hard working Brits who believe in doing the right thing. My life is surrounded by these people. In fact, I know that the vast majority of people are well intentioned.

Not highly suspicious at all. I have held shares like ITV and TW for decades. Been on LSE since 2013. I have only commented a few times on those shares and never on my other holdings like GSK and others over the years.

I bought MET1 after a tip from a friend as they headed up to 50+ and lost a bit when they dropped but got out in the 30s. I started posting regarding the scam ads about Met1. Ads that the company posted to say were nothing to do with them and have become involved with trying to counter blatant misinformation posted on this board. I never filter anyone because I like to keep an open mind and see and hear what others are saying. It is disingenuous to say prepaid warrants are all done, no RNS will come today regarding warrants when there are 300 million cash warrants waiting in the wings. I know it is galling when people hold shares and others come on to tell the truth but it is only fair. I dipped in 3 times in earlier volatility and made some of my loss back but I have never tried to ramp the share by posting untruths.

I have no idea what the SP will do but what facts make you guys so optimistic?

Yesterday I had a hunch there may be a little bounce after such a long long period of decline but why would the SP go up 100% today to 10p?

But there are 35.5 million new shares coming on Monday. You only posted part of the announcement. The bit about 50,000 pre paid shares. Leaving out the bit about the cash warrants.

And there are still about 300 MILLION cash warrants waiting in the wings that can be exercised through September at 2p.

Please don't be so disingenuous.
