I am sure you are correct.
My account was deprived of cash on Thursday and only for the 1:5 amount despite applying for significantly higher extras.
We shall see in next few hours.

Just reporting what I have read and in my experience Brokers don’t hesitate to take your money once they have an excuse I.e. if you were going to get some more shares you would have been stripped of the cash.

Bit like banks taking 3-5 working days to credit your account when in the majority of cases in actual fact it is an instant electronic function!

Anyway if I may comment after being a spoilt brat:

I am a bit confused about the talk of Shore this morning.
IMO they are only underwriting any under subscription of the OO not participating.
Folks on various BBs are saying they got their allocation 1:5 and no more.So the OO was oversubscribed.
Ergo no Shore selling and existing folks probably want more and newbies have to get in.

I am rewriting my prognosis of a couple of weeks ago and saying 4p by end of week not end of November.GLA and sorry for being petulant.

Stewart I am absolutely convinced we have a result.

Several reasons:-

Anecdotal evidence on several boards of large take up.
Feed back from some well placed sources.
The fact the SP went into + 2p bid on Friday when the dealers will have known the result.

Out on a limb here - I think massively oversubscribed by shareholders that will result in very little institutional involvement and will result in major catch up by institutions once ratified early this week.

I try to be over conservative on potential and the $30 was taken from BPCs own assessment of POO @ $30 makes the prospect viable.

If I am going out on a limb I believe your numbers are probably more likely and I would add that I actually believe POO is going to go much higher over next ten years.
The reason - The 3rd world as we used to empirically call it is exploding both in population and spending power. Too many folks concentrate on oil as being fuel and whilst electric/hydrogen etc will permeate the system oil is here to stay - until it runs out when it will become very very expensive.

I also believe we are close to Brexit being done and US/China trade deal which will see oil rise.

I am now going to sulk for another 24 hrs and I think 5 o’clock somewhere is going to be a bit earlier today.
