The date for evaluation of take up is COB 3 Nov and IIs get chance to buy leftovers
on Nov 4 as per prospectus.

The way I and apparently several others are hearing is that this is heavily oversubscribed.

The IIs will not get a look in.

There will be no excess allocation to existing shareholders.

As INC intimated earlier, shame we can’t use excess oversubscription to bolster the pot.
BUT you never know.

I have a feeling - and yes I have had one g&t - that we are oversubscribed by at least 2 1/2 times which would fund a drill (almost).
Imagine not paying 12 1/2 % CLN and not diluting @ 2.5p!

OUT - as INC would say - need another g&t!

My understanding is the amount of OO issuance was dictated by some. E!U regs.

Maybe if we get out as a result of General Election we can re-address and fund everything ourselves.

My theory is based on precedent Keith and experience.

The “whale” is below surface at the moment feeding on crill and will stay there for weeks if possible until satiated before “there she blows” is obvious to all as the SP is let go.

This happened @ 0.90p; 1.2p and 1.6p to name but a few in recent times.
It also happened around the time of the exclusive major.

Furthermore as I mentioned previously MMS are going to need stock next week assuming OO success so they may actually be the “whale.”
Just trying to give a heads up based on experience and not intended to ramp.

I’ve noticed over the last week a not dissimilar price activity to that in the past when, as I refer to it “there is a whale in the water.’

Basically e.g.:
2.00;2.0125; 2.0335 and now 2.0445.

Lots of trades at these levels in relatively small amounts IMO keeping a lid on rises whilst in the background a large order is being filled.
E.G. after hours trades for 6mill shares a few days ago.
Watch out for more large after hours trades again this week for confirmation.

I should add that IMHO the OO will be well oversubscribed to the extent that underwriting by Shore and IIs will not be required. This will be an absolute result because then we have no institutions involved who would try to hedge their holding by offloading in the market around 2.2p for example - 10%.
LTHs and successful OOers will hold for much bigger gains.
Ergo SP does not have a strong offer side and hopefully speeds up as newbies and ex-holders enter and return to the fray.

Really must take a pill for this blatant potential ramping.
On the other hand it’s time we had something to shout about!

MMS are going to need some stock for the potential explosion next week.
They will try to maneuver a tree shake.
A bit like the first trade today - sell 40,000 @ 1.95 = bs.
Hold on to all your shares folks - as Trek says this is going to go ballistic.
As mentioned previously my target is 4p by end November.

Most OO recipients have already made their minds up last week and acted accordingly.

Whilst it is self defining and a caveat that bulletin boards tend to favour pro stock investor’s comments the overall commentary has nevertheless been to take up OO and some excess. So a good sign.

Those who have sold some of their existing holding to buy the OO would have done it already and the SP has maintained 2p.

The anticipation this week will be what announcement do we have a week on Monday re success or not of OO?

There will be no sellers by holders or buyers of the OO this next week for obvious reasons (unless it is profit taking at higher SP.)
Therefore the only sellers will be shorters.
Who in there right mind is going to short this ahead of Nov 5th - I.e. week Monday?

The Cable - GBP/USD was at. 1.25 when the OO was formulated I.e. £6.8mio = $8.5mio.
We are approaching a rate of 1.30 which translates to $8.84 mio.
IMHO I believe that by end Q1 I.e. drill date and requirement for cash the rate will be closer to 1.4.
This translates to approx $1.02 mio more than than forex calculation in the OO.

I could go on about the rationale for my forex calculations but it would involve Brexit which is anathema to me.
I was an FX strategic trader for a large FI for many years.

All caveats apply here and WTFDIK!
