I have a gut feel that the “4” (alternative) horsemen of the epochoileclipse are underwriting this in the 1.6 (last raise) and 2p (10.25 quid underwrite.)
And that BPC was just testing the water with IIs interest to improve.
I suspect that TW was duped by “emails” of 1.4p/1.2p/1.00p which were offers and obviously rejected.
The other conspiracy theory is THE MAJOR bought TW a city long lunch got him pickled and dropped a few hints to try to kill “alternative funding” credibility.

Of course I couldn’t believe for one minute that a big Oiler would stoop so low in order to make a few extra billion so I must be wrong and immediately retract that idea.
