The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Also appear to have 2mil warrants at 0.3p due to expire on 28th May (if they get taken up).
Which RNS will come first - Ireland or warrants?
As per RNS of 7th Jan, we should be getting an update on Ireland soon:
'The expenditure conditions attaching to the renewal of PL 3824 require the Company to incur expenditure of €15,732 by 26 May 2021 with a further €50,000 to be spent by 26 May 2022.'
Not sure what 15,000euro spending will amount to (certainly not drilling works), but await to be a nicely surprised.
@Furion, The g/t ore concentration represents what is present in the ground. The g/t concentrate represents what the refined ore can be paired back to (essentially remove the worthless waste product (tailings). To have a higher g/t in the ore will naturally produce a higher concentrate figure, as you have removed some of the ore mass.
however gold isn't sitting in the rock in nice 1kg bars, so it needs to be processed to extract it. By being able to produce a higher g/t concentrate, you have lower transport costs etc. involved to get that concentrate (and gold!) to a refinery to give you the gold.
hope that answers the question you were asking.
Finally some numbers, and higher than most hoped for on historical info. Point of note though; like the previous 20g/t RNS, this one is quoting concentrate concs, rather than ore concs. However, with the sample size given is it possible to roughly back calculate ore concs without tailing volume?
Nice to know, but probably more interesting to companies that have dug out a nugget or two to sell.
Asseys needed before the price of gold will have much relevance to ALBA.
anything is possible.
what is realistic is probably a more accurate question, and if you have read the comments, watched the recent you-tube line etc, you can see some figures being banded about. However, all personal opinions, so keep on going with the research.
discharge looks to be ticking boxes from portal docs - 288m3/24hrs applied for, no objections from welsh water for abstraction status, siltbuster to knockout sediments and hopefully further filtration for heavy metals (although NRW dont seem to be pressing for it too much). *should* be a formality.
ain't no fool(s gold)
couple of tweets this morning from ALBA on TBS, but nothing new - just reiterate initial resource volumes, with no mention of planned field works etc.
Not much there to write home about, more of a reminder/lets keep our twitter feed turning over stuff.
going back to a convo from at least 6wks back; what are the odds that the bulk assay results get grouped into this RNS, and so any info diluted by finance figures? Original convo stream was about the lack of regular updates and the issue of holding back (within regulation timeframes) info to roll out combined updates - possibly due to costs associated with publications?
My thoughts are on a long term hold (smart money if you can hold for 12+months). If you’re expecting to cash out a fortune in 2weeks, then maybe less smart/risky. I can see any gains from today’s news possible being eroded over the next 5 days, then hopefully pan uplift on decent assey results. That said, I’m not brave enough to cash out and buy back in on a dip! Best of luck
Or smart money? Their choice, why question him?
90s would be nice, however the gold still remains in the ground with no certainty it will be allowed to be removed. i can see the biggest step up being when permissions are granted to sink a shaft to the lower quartz levels, as this shows the locals planners commitment to the working of the mine.
Very happy to be proved wrong in 3-4 wks time!
nice to see a bit of blue for a change. could be a well timed addition.
Smiler, I understand it to be a contrast map against resistance (or similar) in the parent bed rock. Therefore any significant colour anomaly is worth a look. However, with a lack of legend, it’s impossibly to see the contour gradient, so it may be artificially contrasted.
also, if you have used your personal email address for your 'nick-name' I would be looking to change it. just my thoughts, do what you like!
correct.
approx. 3 shares to 1p
approx. 300 shares to £1
Have a look at the share trades tab to help clear this up.
Thanks, but like you I also bailed! I was just respectful enough not to gloat.
well, aren't you just the best thing ever @Investbest?
please taking your gloating back to your echo chamber.
