Would be great to piggy back their samples with testing funded by UFO for other stuff. Only have to cover cost of labs for Ag, Au, Ni etc…
Hopefully the 150t bulk sampling will produce as well.
Conservative assumption at 2oz/t should give £300k gold, plus Clogau markup, maybe circa £1million for the bank account.
Seems shrewd to me to prove it all up. Even half of this would be good news.
*not an expert *
Concentrate is taking the bulk lumps of rock/ore and refining it down to take out waste material. The remaining smaller sample, once the waste has been binned, is the concentrate which is then submitted for testing.
Allows for less material to leave site therefore lower shipping costs and prep work at the testing lab. If you weigh the original lumps of rock you can back calculate the % in the parent material.
AtoP ….. I would say somewhere between Savage and Williams.
W/c 11.3.24 would be my guess. Probably cover off the UAV survey as well, although be nice to get separate updates
Chill available to order online. Looking forwards to seeing reviews from buyers and the boost to profile.

Is the ‘meds’ tab new?
Maybe I’ve not been here long enough/invested in as many companies, but it’s encouraging to see an update thats not from the ‘standard’ interview share groups (proactive, vox etc).
Maybe this will become one of those annoying pop up vids on this website, giving us exposure to other members.
Can’t be too long now until we’re told the water is gone. Wasn’t it estimated to be 8days of pumping? Allow 12 for tea breaks, so should be updated next week.
@12 Roses. Thanks for the link. Wording is a bit clouded for my small brain - if ‘value uplift’ is based on tonnage then why try and drill more to prove it’s there; aim to dig what we’ve got and get cash flow, then prove it. If value is on DSO sales, then we don’t want to celebrate rising prices!
Needs clarity/cleverer people than me to confirmation likely costs!
@12Roses (or anyone else). Is there a link to the 40% payment contract doc?
Closest I can find is RNS from 5 May for payment to Mallina for $0.50\tonne for uplifted Jorc volume with 30days of Jorc publication.
TIA
Man’s gotta keep busy now handc**k is in the bag.

But who knows what’s going on in the algo.
Blast testing seems like a new phrase in the Clogau RNS history/glossary. Got to be happy at talk of an actual mining processes being put through the process of sign off.
Possibly by updating on dewatering with semi-positive news (eg back to 6m reduced level etc) then NRW will question why 250m3 needed and kick back on the permit update. In my view on this, keep quiet until we’re dry or the permit is issued.
Updates on drone, waste pits, HH, GROC progression etc. are more than welcome.
Personally I thank the BOD for a candid review of dewatering to date & issues encountered. Not very encouraging that rain fall not expected out side of the summer can reflood the mine to near original levels, but I’d rather know that now rather than when the lower levels are full of equipment.
Maybe getting a higher volume, long term discharge permit now is for the best, while 30m3/day goes in. YES, I am aware this could have been done originally, but that’s not where we are.
Unfortunately I Can’t see much price recovery in the next few months.
Google ‘NRW public register’
Search in that for ‘Gmow’
Order by date.
There is an application/permit update submitted on 03.08.23 to increase the discharge from 100m3 to 250m3 per day to cope with July rainfall.
Also a standard NRW reply stating 14week delay to responding etc. As this is an adaption of existing permit it’s not clear if the 14wks is relevant.
Pumping at original permit rates can continue as far as I’m aware.
Should get a progress report on dewatering next week (predicted 8 days pumping required), although may be via socials at her than RNS. Nice it’s dry it can be accessed and a plan put together for stabilising etc. Hopefully once this plan is in place something formal will be issued. Also due the drone work this month (I think), which should produce some pretty maps to publish.
Agreed it’s pants that it’s dropped, but got to hold onto hope! The recent rise showed some appetite for higher priced shares, so this should still remain once pumps have allowed access.
@robbie, that was lifted from the UKOG RNS, so ALBA only able to get a 12% cut of profit from the 0.9mil rev…. So could be watered down to not very much.
UKOG RNS…. As of end-April over 187,000 bbl of Brent quality crude had been produced and exported from the Kimmeridge and Portland pools…..
Paraphrased: £0.9mil rev from HH in 6months
