alien has elected to sell down 14 million of its 44.5 million errawarra shares in the placement at the placement price (and closing price) of a$0.027, valued at a$380,000 before costs, leaving alien with a 12.1% shareholding in errawarra. alien metals will retain 30.5 million errawarra shares following the placement. assuming completion of the transaction, and the placement, alien metals will receive in aggregate a$880,000 in cash consideration which will be applied to the further development of the han**** iron ore project and pinderi hills platinum group metals project.

If they have the waste tip results, does that mean the bulk sampling results are nearly ready, or is this still being processed on site?

Got to start with a number at some point. Gwynwhatsitsname was running at 2.4oz/t, so seems a reasonable place to start below that.

Assume 1oz per tonne, the current blast ore could generate £650,000 on current spot price.

Be nice to have this confirmed before the next raise.

I know that there is a presentation that states JV by end of Q3, but with all the other missed deadlines why hang your hat on this? What’s so different about the 1st week of Oct?

(Hopefully) It’s not as if they haven’t done anything and on Monday morning sitting around the board office table and someone pipes up “sheeet, we need a JV partner quick-sharp to fill that gap in our presentation chart” and they have to go to market to strike the first deal they can.

Just because it may run to the last day of the month, or into next month doesn’t mean a deal will be rubbish.

Maybe I’m being too trusting & don’t have as much too lose as others invested here, but I don’t buy that a RNS on the last day of the month means we’ve sold ourselves short of some golden goose deal.

If Errawarra does not meet the required spend (as noted above) in either Stage 1 or Stage 2, its interest in the joint venture will reduce proportionally.

If AMA chooses not to contribute on a pro-rata basis following the completion of Errawarra's Stage 2 earn-in, AMA's 50% interest will dilute on a pro rata basis, and in the event that AMA's interest in the joint venture falls below 10% then its remaining holding will convert to a 2% gross revenue royalty (the "Royalty").

Errawarra retains a first right of refusal to buy back the Royalty, should Alien wish to sell and Errawarra will have first right of refusal to acquire all the remaining mineral rights to the Pinderi Hills nickel, copper, and platinum group metals projects.

EoY finance reports are always a drain on resource and with deadlines to report by can become all consuming.

Now it’s out the way, possibly focus can be directed to and RNS on something leading to revenue generation…..please…..

Noted that the price range dropped Friday, but it’s still nice to see blue trades!

Assuming errawarra get into the field in May, can we expect first results to be reported within 3months (July)?

Be funny if they kick out more RNS’s than UFO in this timeframe & they have a positive effect on the SP.
