I listened to the 12th May interview where CH is reported to have stated regarding the permit applications. However, I don't recall him saying the applications had been submitted (I could be wrong). Only remember him saying something along the lines of it not being necessary to notify the market when the applications have been submitted; the market only needs to know when the permits have been granted - hopefully very soon.

Chain, did you receive a reply from the company regarding your permits question?

Surely Zephyr must be on someone's radar for a takeover. The revenues from the Williston non-op assets cover the current market cap. How much would the Paradox be worth?

Do wonder why the quarterly revenues update hasn't been RNS'd yet. Would have thought the figures would be at hand.

Any trade above 4.3p today is a buy. This morning the true spread was between 4.2 and 4.35. So some of the larger trades have been buys.

Drills require permits, planning and financing. Zephyr are progressing on all fronts but these things take time as you well know, cf Solgold. In the meantime Zephyr is making millions from the non-OP assets. Will probably have an RNS in the next couple of weeks giving revenues for the current quarter. Expecting it to be $10-15m.

Seems you have an agenda: you are waiting to take the profits from other mining investments then will buy into Zephyr. Best of luck to you, however I feel you will miss the opportunity if you wait too long.

Thinks it's general global markets malaise - only 19 trades so far today (1 2m shares traded).

In July we should also be learning about three well permit application status, followed by rig contracts etc, and timeline for the three well drilling program.

A further success at one of the other overlying reservoirs in the WSU in 2023 would take

From RNS dated 7 June 2022:
"...In parallel with the work on the State 16-2LN-CC well, the Company is also at an advanced stage of planning for a three well drill programme on the Paradox project expected to commence in the second half of this year. Well design has been completed, all permit applications have been submitted and negotiations continue with rig vendors."

El Romeral revenues of approximately £900k (€1m) in the last quarter. Full year revenues for 2022 should be around £4m because of increased production at current rates. Looking to increase this three-fold by drilling two more structures.

Mark Routh, Prospex's CEO, commented:

"......Since the gas available from the producing wells on the El Romeral concessions allows just one of the three generators to be active at a time, the plant is at just 30% of capacity. Receiving the permits to drill just two of the many identified structures on the existing concessions can take the capacity of the plant back to 100% of its design capacity."

Not bad at all for a £10m market cap. company.
